It's no better than day one. The dlc didn't add anything decent. I was a big battlefront fan and I'm a big battlefield fan. This game is garbage compared to either of those. Even battlefront 2 looks like it's gonna suck. They should just remaster battlefront 2 from ps2.

You seem to be confused. You have everything you need already. Why do you need the Ultimate Upgrade Pack? I just had a look at what you get from it and I've unlocked everything there for free by just playing the game as normal. You need to learn how to play the game and get good the hard way or you won't stand a chance against good players. Don't pay to rank up or get unlocks.

??? Eh? It's a great game. It's currently my most played PS4 game. When is the last time you played it? The only thing I absolutely hate is the flying in it - that bit should have been brilliant but has been done extremely poorly with the worst game mechanics I've ever seen but apart from that, it's a great game.

Great deal! Just imagine the additional heat this would get if was made clearer in the title that it also applied to Xbox One! I only clicked out of curiosity to see if there were any comments as to why it wasn't free for XB, so was very happy to see the side-notemention in the details that it also applied to Microsoft Store :smile:

Thinking about it. It does make sense. Ultimate Edition is the only version sold now for Battlefront. So I guess you actually do need the Ultimate Edition to play it or you'd have no base game :grin:

EA tend to do this just before the next game in the series comes out , making all the DLC free gets people playing and maybe interested in buying the next iteration , happened with battlefield a few times before.
Was disappointed with the base game as after a few hours it felt really dull, hoping Battlefront 2 will change that

When things happen earlier on console, it arrives a little later on PC. I suspect the same will be true later today on Origin.
