Amazing phone for the price, alongside a 1 year warranty.
There are a few (like new) ones for £187.38 and some very good ones for £181.53.
I bought this as I had a £190 gift card balance on my account, it has the same processor as my old redmi note 3 pro, but is way faster due to optimization alongside a much higher quality IPS display and a superb camera which trades blows with last years flagships (s7, i7, lg g5).

got one of these these "used like new" from amazon uk yesterday £192 - box damaged. Disappointed as it had an Amazon refurbished sticker on it and a sticker on the side "erasure successful". Screen was finger marked which cleaned off no probs and the phone is otherwise immaculate, no manuals or warranty card. I contacted Amazon to say it wasn't like new and was clearly a refurb, they offered a further 20% off the price or a full refund. I took the refund as it is a b/day gift. Amazon France have the 64gb version for around £263 new which seems a pretty decent price
Pretty much the same thing happened with me, got mine (like new) for £187.38 and it came with the sticker alongside some small cosmetic damage on the edges of the phone and the main issue was some small scratches on the back camera lens.
They offered me a 20% refund on the order and If I want to return within the year I will get a full refund. Seeing as this phone destroys other phones at the £150 mark and also doing numerous tests on the camera and it not having a impact from those tiny scratches I decided to keep it to. Would honestly been happier with a 50% refund but I dont think that would happen :innocent:

It's a good phone but I'm not convinced it's worth this much still - you would do better with a Z5 (standard or Premium) or second hand XZ, the X has a weird combination of average CPU, large chassis and no waterproofing. I don't know what Sony was thinking when it launched this

Anyone know where I can get a good glass screen protector for this? Spigen don’t do them and there are a lot of crap ones out there. Looking for a tried and tested one. Thanks

Hate that this can't do 4k video though.... Kind of a must these days even though most people can't tell the difference between a well shot 1080p and a 4k vid

I wouldn't worry too match about 4k recording as no smartphone can truly record 4k with all the features a 1080p smartphone would do eg ... OIS, 60fps, continous recording (5 mins+).
Tbh a good 1080p sensor destroys a mediocre 4k one, same principle applies even for movies and tv shows. I would much rather watch a maxed out bitrate 20gb movie with dts-hd at 1080p than a 4k low bitrate one.
Damn thats a really good deal, not sure how long it will be up for as it states 'deal of the day'.
Also if its sold by amazon.it wont it have to go threw them for any repairs/replacements?

Amazon.it are having some really good phone deals this week. Second time this week the X has been a deal of the day. Theyve also had the Sony XZs for €400, I'm hoping the XZ premium will be coming up soon. Sony Uk should deal with repairs as I live in France and bought my Sony Z3 in UK but they repaired it in Sony France without any problems. Most phone manufacturers have a European/global warranty .
