On/off button broke but was sorted under warranty. Besides this it's been amazing. Love it and I paid £400+ for it

How hard/easy was it to action the warranty. Did they send someone to repair in a decent timescale

I’m half tempted for this as my dishwasher is about 20 years old and probably costs a lot to run.

Even if it does it'll take years & years to pay you back. Never really understand replacing things if they're still working.
Our Bosch dishwasher is old but cost me £20 works perfectly though. I'll get a more efficient one if it ever breaks

I’m the same but the front panel is broken so you have to wedge the button in which sometimes doesn’t work, and the top basket runners are knackered. It was given to me 10 years ago so it’s doing well and will prob washer better than most new ones. Same with my 13yr old washer, still works but need a bigger one really as the family keeps expanding and it seems to be on constantly.

I service white good apps and these machines are great. They use the same parts as neff and Bosch. Rarely see problems with them except blocked pumps which is common on every brand.

We've just moved house, leaving our SMEG dishwasher behind. Really miss it, we adjusted the top track to fit in large plates below and it just worked. Our new house has a built in and it's rubbish. We're looking for a SMEG Built in to replace it now.

Build quality is very hit and miss and they don't wash particularly well.
The only thing making this a good deal is the 5 year warranty.

Remember if you buy one to get mini plates if it's anything like my smeg one..
