I was going to go for this for my 11yo, but what they don't tell you is that the calls & data isn't capped. They imply it is ("Just by ad add-on bundle if you need more!"), but that's a deal-breaker for me. There's no way to cap it in the account settings either. Boooo! (Still hot though).

Wow. So I just called them to cancel the SIM I ordered yesterday... They employ morons. Dull and unhelpful. I told her I placed an order last night and wanted to cancel as the plans cam't be capped and that's nod suitable for my needs, she asked me for the phone number! She pretty much said "OK that's been cancelled for you, ok bye." I had to interrupt her to get some final details.
If you're thinking of going with TPO, I strongly recommend that you give them a call and ask a few complicated-ish questions to get a feel for them. School drop-outs who don't care about their job or service.

Will never go back to TPO after they switched over to three and refused to carry over customers credit.
Plus you had to then buy a Three network compatible phone.
Took 6 month of emails until they agreed by changing their provider they could no longer provide a service we had paid for nor could now use.
Some very nasty emails came from them that most people would have backed down, which I guess was their hope!

I have over 3 moths this plan, using most of the time data only. I didn't have any problems for calling or text messages, but the main problem for me is internet. Stop working in some areas, I have to restart mobile phone or to switch off mobile data and turn back again...works for a while (few minutes) and then stop working again. So many times is happening this issue in London. I have been last time in Margate for one day, no internet access at all!!! Everybody praise 3 network, but is hard to believe TPO is really using 3 network. Anyone has the same problem? Planning to change mobile network again.. I was using virgin mobile before with the same phone Samsung Galaxy S5 and I had amazing mobile internet.

I've got the same package but with 1000 mins instead. No issues any more, but can confirm their customer service is terrible. Took them over 3 weeks to port my number over.
I'm dreading trying to keep my number whenever I decide to leave.

If memory serves I think they let you set it to minimum of £5 for the overspend, but dont take this as gospel, hopefully someone with them can confirm

1 months advance notice on my PAC code yet took them over a week to transfer, call quality DIRE, signal - Emergency calls only inside my house, was with 3 with no problems - so piggybacking has a serious effect... lots of dropped calls too, within a few days of having to shout down the phone as people couldn't hear me I requested to cancel, sent many messages requesting my PAC code and never received any reply............ So... although some people have positives, some like myself have zero positives - so up to you in the end, might only be 1 month, but if you love your phone number it's not worth the risk.

Horrendous customer service, awful network coverage. I was on Three and ID Mobile previously. TPO regularly cut out, lost network connectivity in places that Three were fine. Currently in the process of a complaint with them. 7 days on and they've failed to respond to me. Signing up was quick and efficient though.....beware!!

I have this package.
Sim delivered quickly, number also switched fast. It's been about 4 months now, and ZERO issues. If nothing else, I guess you could use the DEAL as a way to beat your CURRENT provider over the head with? "Match it, or I'm off"
JUST double checked my package (logged in to "my account" in seconds, no issue with site, and lay-out crystal clear) and I actually have 1GB of data, 1000 minutes &1000 texts) ALL thanks to HUKD

They limit you to 100 unique numbers per month for calls and texts, just something to be aware of. Not so useful if you want a burner sim for pof contacts.
