Just found this little beauty in M&S. Reduced from £18.99 I believe to £10! Great Christmas present maybe or one for your own collection! Can't see it on their website though.

It's also available in the Liverpool city centre store, along with Botran Reserva Blanca rum reduced to £15, and Mount Gay Black Barrel golden rum from Barbados r.t.c. @ £20. Several vodkas were reduced there too

Ha... not long back from Thailand.... as long as you haven't got an expensive palate this stuff is fine... especially if you like to throw coke and ice in your shorts (the drink not the garment).
I'm waiting for a deal on 'Hong Thong'.....

Does this not have amphetamines in it?
That was what I understood when I was in Thailand!

I popped into M&S for a pie, but they had none! OK, I'll pick up a bottle of this rum then. Gutted, they had none, so I left. Got in my car and would you believe it, but the song playing on the radio was the Bob Marley classic 'No rum and no pie'! Tragic!

There's footage of him playing Purple Haze, I think it might be from the BBC, where I swear he actually does sing those lyrics whilst rolling his eyes and smirking
Edit: I don't think it's the BBC, and he doesn't really roll his eyes, more smirks and points at Noel Redding here at 0:55s, as he definitely sings "excuse me, whilst I kiss this guy"

Although there are many and very funny 'misheard lyrics' - possibly due to age - one of my favourites is the 'Message in a bottle' one. 'A year has passed since I broke my nose'. Hard not to sing it (as the Bob Marley one) when listening!

Hot price but bad memories. The last time I had this I was chatted up by two stunning ladies... We got back to the hotel and it was like winning the lottery... Six matching balls.

@woldranger awww man, I'm gutted. I blind bought two bottles. Surely it's OK with coke? Reviews online for it are glowing?! Seems odd.

Rough stuff. Worth drinking when you're out there and it's cheap, but not back here!
