Just spotted this in the Tesco mobile store Lunsford Park. Four of these left and two were still priced at £18.00

For crying out loud, 50p for the thingy does look like a deal, quack like a deal and I believe is a deal.

not a deal for me if I can't get one, cold

15 Sep 17#35
Cold just because the last 10-20 tesco and sainsbury's deals have been nonexistent in all my local tesco and sainsburys stores, and I've heard that's a quite common experience, and I think these deals should be in a "Quirky deals found almost nowhere in UK" section.

Why don't you post some deals then if you don't like the ones you see, I mean, you've only been here 8 years!

I actually can't believe you looked at my profile to try and find some form of argument, as if me being a member for 8 years has any relevance whatsoever. I have made a post before actually, but even if I hadn't I didn't realize that it was against the rules to comment? Or are only positive votes/comments allowed in your rulebook?

No but voting cold because some deals wren't available in your local store - and not even knowing if this one was, seems a bit petty to me.

Cant bear people that moan about other peoples efforts, but make no effort to help others.
Unbelievable. Parasites the lot of them.

Have seen SanDisk ultra offers all over the place recently. Our local Boots (Westcroft, Milton Keynes) had 128gb micro SD cards for £4.25 amongst various other SanDisk bits...
...didn't want to post it on here because at the time I thought it was a one-off Wild Goose Chase thing, but have seen good deals on them around the last few weeks. Worth keeping an eye out.

When you see the words Tesco and 'instore' in the deal title... Went to the Wolverton store in Milton Keynes a couple of days ago and I didn't see any technology there except overpriced games!

64gb marked up as £30, few of them scanned for £8.75, worth taking a scanner round with you!
Thanks! Hot!

I went to my local Tesco extra, but my experience was VERY different. I picked up a car USB charger reduced from £10 to £5, but noticed the charger unit was missing, only the cable was present.
So, I took it to an "assistant" who said "That's why it's reduced!".
I suggested that £5 for a short USB cable was unlikely to sell - to which he said "You'd be surprised - do you want me to put this back for you?...." :poop:

I must be in a Tesco at least 3 or 4 times a week on lunch or grabbing bits for tea and I NEVER see any decent deals. These people must either work at Tesco or be extremely lucky. Good spot. Heat.

Was just in irlam Tesco, they were reducing loads of stuff. Picked up some cheap Lego along with a few other bits. Didn't see these... Though wish I had!

What lego did they have reduced? and will you be posting any of the sets you saw/bought?

Yellow sticker reductions; not worth posting as a deal IMO.
There were also 1 or 2 small Star Wars sets for £3 each. Didn't pick those up though, they were a bit too battered to give as gifts.

The manager sanctions these deals when they've had a bad day at the office and want to wind the staff up by releasing the geese.
