CeX, never been guilty of understanding what lifetime customer value means. Customer services only available via email that they don't reply to. * Someone will now post they have had a reply.

Oh yeah, I had a reply. It was 6 days after my initial message and wasn't useful so I replied and then had to wait another 3 days. That's why I just go to my local store - they have no choice but to deal with it then.

It will be ok if CeX actually deliver this item, they don't seem to pay a lot of attention to what is what and ordering a 'Sandisk 64GB' you might end up with a 2.5" Sandisk SSD or a standard USB drive. I think MyMemory does these for a similar price and new so you might be better off there.
£17.99 there and if you're a business and can reclaim the VAT you're close enough (CeX sell on marginal VAT).

CeX have stores all around the UK so you can always go instore and check out the item in person and save 2.50. And they have 14 day return policy so if you do get wrong time you can always return it. I order from cex a lot and I've never gotten the wrong item. My memory have it for £18.18.

It's £17.99, I posted the link for you. Yes, if your local store has it then that's fine and save the postage too but I can tell you that on looking at my account, I've ordered 231 items in the last year and had to return about 50 of them - some were totally the wrong item, some were packaged so badly they were broken, some were just obviously never tested. My local store is good at accepting them back without fuss. As far as memory sticks go, I wouldn't be buying a used one, you have no idea what it was used for before for a small saving - if it's a super high spec or rare one then that's ok (I got a Sandisk Extreme 510 external SSD from them for £90 which retails at £170, that was a worthwhile saving). I bought a 128GB memory stick a couple of years back from them and it was one of those 'hacked' ones that's actually 8GB but made to show 128GB.

That's annoying and such a shame tbh I expected better from such a big business. I've never personally had this problem but I strongly advise anyone considering ordering to take that into account . Thanks plewis00.
