RATED 3.8 avge on Vivino Vivino reviews...
1. This is Tempus, not tempest in a glass. If it's drinking so well now I can't imagine how good it will be in a few years. More elegant than I often like. Going to buy some of these and put them down. Nice bottle too:)
2. Silky well balanced Shiraz. Stoney plum and cherry with white pepper flowing through. Always a good choice.
3. A mild bodied red, with elegant nose and palate with hints of nut, oak and dry fruit.
Thanks ordered but being a pessimist doubt they will honour the order! Heat added anyway.

Had an order 3months ago where they priced Courvoisier XO cognac at £23.12 instead of £80, It was also on a delayed order- 1 to 2months. I ordered two bottles but Amazon did supply one at the offered price. Thought it was really decent of them.

They were just saying that the original selling price isn't justified and that in his/her opinion it is only worth around £6 a bottle. So with that in mind, they thought that £20 for a case of 6 was a good deal. Hence the "So based on £6 a bottle this is/was a great price for the case." part. Not quite sure where the confusion has come from but it sounded alright to me.

Surprised they've asked you to return it for a refund, I got to keep mine. I used the phone option, maybe that made a difference.
I reckon if you contacted them again and asked why one person gets to keep it while you have to send it back, they'll let you keep it. Mention the hassle of returning it, blah, blah.
EDIT:
I quite liked this part of the email:
"Given the nature of the product in question, on this occasion there's no need to return this item to us. Please either keep it or dispose of it at your convenience."
