On a mobile and can’t see ‘get freebie’. Can you point out where it is?

pieman1979 Click on ACTIVATE then a pop up asking for additional information to activate, 1. Dob. 2. Last four digits? But what last four digits? I'm guessing it's the four digits from my new pokit card once I've received it?

It’s not really a startup. I have had a pockit Card for ages. It used to be free to load and was better then.
I use it it purely for putting a football bet on at the weekend.
keeps the betting companies off your bank statement which mortgage firms aren’t too keen on.
I have only only had to contact them once over an app error - I used twitter and they were quick however phone wait times were rubbish whilst on hold but they did sort the problem quite quickly.
I wouldnt use use them as a day to day Bank but are handy for a Saturday flutter.

Just wrote out an entire two paragraph essay but will shorten it down, silly internet taking a twist on me.
I beg anyone to reconsider going with this company, I and a family member was with them over the course of a few months. It was nothing else described other than hell. Had missing funds of upto and over £500 go missing on two occasions, After numerous 30+ Minute wait times and hour long phone calls from bad email complaint replies - weeks of stress and worry had managed to get them refunded into our accounts. Declined transactions from bad cards in stores - silly things even unreadable at any cash point. Just please stay away, bad service overall I cannot go back and type through everything but see the countless bad reviews/things going wrong and money going missing on their twitter and google reviews. Please stay away and take note to what I have said, their accounts are worth dealing with even when you "upgrade" them.

Totally agree 100%. Very common for "phantom transactions" to be deducted + difficult to get them successfully disputed. Also, the £0.99 fee every time you add funds to the card is a joke and soon adds up.
You are far better off with a Monzo card - although you have to initially put £100 on the card (no charge for adding funds!), you can immediately withdraw this via any ATM (for free!) a couple of days later when the card arrives. So, the Monzo card costs nothing to get or use.
