most colours and sizes (not black though) - comes in at around £50 depending on your choice.
It's a pretty good deal as these usually retail £110 - I already have one but it's getting pretty worn out, so I've ordered another for when it finally needs replacing.
edit: should have really posted it for the whole range- they have a bunch of stuff on sale - you can see the lot here

How big are these? ie are the large normal fit or really big? I usually wear large in shirts/t-shirts but can't tell with this coat!

I too have to go large on t-shirts these days but with these coats I buy medium.
You could always buy 2 and return one if you are not sure.

Thanks mate, think I will just risk it and go for a medium! They look fairly big anyway!

its not warm at all, its a rain jacket that is very thin. Good for autumn/spring tho. Ordered a month ago for 30 quid and i am really happy with it

Is it me or does this look like it's made of the same material that pound land make their reuseable plastic shopping bag from ?

I have to agree . I find all North Face clothing very poor quality plastic for the price they charge . But I guess, like all branded clothing , people buy it for the Logo and show off value, not for the quality. I bought a similar blue jacket made by Trespass from Argos for only £10 last year.

Negative . I can buy similar jacket for £10-15 in Primark or Blue Inc without the North Face Logo .Why spend £50 just for Logo

Primark and Blue Inc clothing falls apart very quickly, doesn't last many washes at all. North Face will actually last quite a while. There is huge difference in quality. And yes I have owned clothes from all three of these mentioned brands.
Plus there is a huge difference in fitting, the diffrence in cut is massively noticable. North Face do a good cut, but Primark and Blue inc fits pretty badly. You can tell by the cut that Primark and Blue Inc is cheaply made :face_with_monocle:

As others have said these are not going to keep you warm, they are simply a rain proof jacket. However also I use it in winter, by layering a t-shirt, jumper, then this - which provides all the insulation needed. Works very well.
