You do it when you click buy.
You then need to use a fake Israeli address I googled a bank one.
I used the rest of the money on Halo spartan and Rock n roll off road

if you google Israel Xbox marketplace price comparison a few sites will let you browse what they have and you can limit you search by the amount you have left.

Have you already bought nfl? If you haven't then I'd suggest getting a 1 month as access from CD keys you'll have enough for either of these then.

If you have bought it already then you could sign up for a 14 day Microsoft game trial that will let you get recore for 50ils
