Microwaveable soup mug with airtight lid, had them in 3 colours. Convenient for work or school. 0.99p from Herons on Newland Avenue, Hull. May be available in B&M stores as it has a B&M label.

These aren't very good for transporting liquid, but do the job for heating up. The flip bit does come off easily. Lost one before

Had one for years and still works perfectly. No problem with the seal at all. Doing anything tomato based blisters and stains the inside though.

School? Do kids really want soup? And do they have Microwave's in school?

Maybe, maybe not. It's been a long time since I was at school lol. Just reiterated what's on the packaging...I hope they would at least have a microwave available for the staff if not the kids

So if you heat soup in these, do they either blow up or implode depending when you put the lid on?

I haven't used it yet but it's got a seal on the lid, I'm guessing you put it in the microwave with the lid on and seal open

Have bought these in the past from Home Bargains. The lid seal always breaks after a few uses. Tend to buy the Sistema ones when they are reduced to clear in Tesco now.

Aww do they, I'll see how I get on with it and keep my eye out for the Sistema ones, thanks!
