I see little point in re-producing much the same M&S advertisement in these pages every two weeks.

I see little point in your comment.. This is likely to go hotter than any of your deals

Seeing as M&S are usless at sending notifications, HUKD is the only way I find out so I appreciate it.

Why don't you use the app ? I get my notifications OK by email - in fact they gave me an email heads up for the latest Dine in for a tenner deal.

Yes, thanks for the info. Much better seeing all the available choices. I opted for the sirloin last time and to be honest, it was pretty much tasteless! Maybe give your meat a little rub first. ;-)
Thinking of the chicken this time.

The orange profiteroles are lovely. Shame you only get half as many as you do in the profiterole stack!

Cracking deal from M&S, considering a whole chicken plus a bottle of wine would normally cost you a tenner already!

Mine are only for clothing, beauty and home but I do need some handwash so I'll be using them on that

Why would anyone buy rump steak instead of sirloin? .... I brush a very small amount of oil over followed by ground black pepper, add to a hot pan, yummy!
UKTopGun to AnotherSobriquet

Because rump has a lot more flavour!

I find rump more flavourful than sirloin. I cook almost same way, brush oil on steak add cracked black pepper and sea salt and add to hot griddle pan. Then rest after cooking for 5-8 mins depending on size of steak.

Rump is a cheaper cut of meat....and adding seasoning makes all meat yummier..... Years ago I was told by a top chef ( no names mentioned ! ) only add salt to meat after cooking as it can dry the meat out..... Anyway, I will try rump now :-)

i happened to be in m+s today and this was very popular. many people standing beside the aisle looking through the variety. i would have gotten it if it has more mains selection for vegetarians.

I think this thread has the potential to spark a meat-eaters vs. Vegetarians debate ...

They had some rump and sirlion in the main Swansea store yesterday - not much - and they were tiny portions. I am about to go past there again so will see if they have had a new delivery in.
I had the lemon chicken in the last deal and it was pretty disgusting. Ended up throwing half of it out. Was sick for 2 days afterwards despite it being well cooker. Had a terrible taste in my mouth for days.

I am not keen on the lemon chicken either - the rotisserie one is much nicer, I bought a lasagne and a shepherds pie this morning and was told they will be having more deliveries tomorrow and also Saturday so may be worth checking again.
