I queried this via email and received the following response:

'Unfortunately your rewards claim has not been successful.

Since your purchase was not paid for online, it did not meet the terms of the conditions of the offer.'

I paid online and am picking it up via click and collect. I think the support agent dealing with my ticket thinks you pay on collection when doing it this way but I paid online.

Just a word of warning, there was a similar offer for Wilko and despite activating it in the time frame and meeting the minimum spend amount, I did not get the free Amazon voucher. It wasn't worth the hassle to pursue it so I didn't.
