Shopped around and read the reviews. Just the rear is £15 at halfrauds just now. Usb rechargeable.

For anyone that's looking for a small, to be seen, set, there's a couple of set's on the Knog Blinder 1's left on the unnameable auction site for £17, with a best offer option. I just bought a pair for £15 (the front lights I've seen are all around the £12 mark anyway!)

Just received this email about my order… gutted as I really needed some new bike lights:

Wirly, thanks bit those are way way too big for what I need, like I said, I want something small and not something that necessarily lights up the whole road

I have a couple of these pointing down a bit (as they're not nice on incoming drivers if up) - in fact I have now put the two I have on the drops of my bars flashing so I am seen from sides etc. as I have another front light.

I was actually looking at these an hour ago - they look pretty bright and I think might do the job that I need them for - how long do you get between charges? My only concern about going for the rechargeable units is how often they need to be charged, my old one running with 3 AAA's only had to be looked at every few months!

I can't remember - not that often, at least a couple weeks of daily use in the winter(on flash mode) I think. A small red light comes on when they need charging and I take them off when I get to work and plug into my computer.

Is still there a way to ignore users on here? Saves the pointless trolling comments showing up!

Always worth having a look in Lidl or Aldi for cheap bike accessories, bought a pair of rechargeable lights a couple of weeks ago for around £10 and their bang on.

Any suggestions for a small, cheap front light with a quick release bracket ? My old cateye got shaken loose the other day (I'd put it on when I rode out in the daylight and didn't notice it making it's leap to freedom as I was too busy holding on over a few really rough sections! I just need something that's bright enough to be seen by oncoming cars, not to light up the road as pretty much all I'm riding is lit and if I go anywhere else, I use my super bright Petzl head torch.
70 lumen front and 9 lumen back. Compare with the decathlon in the same band with theirs being 35 lumen if that helps

Great price, the outgoing models were a similar price when they were cleared out. If they share the same design you plug them straight into a usb port to charge. Not the brightest but bright enough and feel very well made.
