If you really don't mind to wait for the refund, wait a few days to see what happen as I think once you contact them, they might just say no stocks (who knows what actually things are, it seems the UK staffs know nothing at all, who knows what's down the factory line).

If then no stocks, you could complaint with bigger demands as your case is different with us, so you might, by change get 30% or more discount (in the best case) although I think you do have to keep pushing the results bit by bit in most claim tone.

I dislike how they handle the mistake, some get 5% and some (like me get 20% auto) not sincerely, they never told us how to get the most of that voucher, eg time limits or any other T & C. So I decide I would never buy Lenovo for their horrible customer services even with the 20% discount . I chase for refund as I really need a replacement PC now.

PS, forget to mention, mine is credit card bills so I am not sure if you paid by debit card or other methods. If that so, are they any different? I never pay by debit card for large sum so I am not sure about that, sorry. I use my credit card as it has long pay back period that fit very useful for me to budget especially for large sum purchase (like getting a replacement PC now).

I got the code after emailing them as well. Don't have high hopes for anything worth it though.

So got off the phone with an adviser and told me that you call tele sales and quote the order number that has been cancelled for 20% off and i asked if i could order in December and replied yes there is no expiry date. Who knows maybe they will do black Friday or wait for new models i guess.

Get cancel email 18.09.17. I kept checking to see if mine was released but not. So I chased and complaint to them with email last night as my card ac showing it still marked pending . Also I am really annoyed from what they made all the people (read by others stories) go through.

Get reply today saying " refund has been released as soon as order was canceled".

I would not buy with them after go through all this. I would urge you to read others comments before any purchase with Lenovo. Are you sure you could trust them at all with their products and most of all - after sales services. I, myself would not trust a company running like that.

yes, they are absolutely pathetic, mine is marked "placed on backorder" and then get cancelled email yesterday.

However today my credit card (just checked now 18:15pm) still mark pending so I could not use my credit card for other laptop. That is totally unacceptable.

(Also their email do not tell you how to really get the 20% or any time frame or any restriction. I could not believe a big international company act like this, seems no one in charge at all. They seems just drag along and make up stuffs. I am lost of any confident with them totally)

Interesting call this morning. Operator seemed in a bit of a panic and said they are completely swamped with calls all relating to this. All their sales team are working on the issue. He still couldnt answer any questions about stock. Why orders were not being fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. He was ummming and ahhhhing constantly and said everyone will get an email. When I asked about cancelled orders getting an email yet again he didnt know. He mentioned some type of compensation deal but the whole time seemed to be making it up as he didnt really have a clue. May come as a surprise but he also had no information if new stock will be coming in as i would have preferred to keep my order open on back order just in case. Finally my money has yet to be returned. Its still held a day after cancellation and he couldn't answer that one either!

Hi all, so the last communication I received from them was yesterday (17th September) saying my order was confirmed and that it would take 1-2 weeks to build and 3-6 days to ship.

I have been in contact with a Jamila, who has been as helpful as she can be. My order states it has been 'Released to Manufacturing', but it has said that since last Thursday. There is no information on when or even if it will ship.

I think they have to contact the warehouse because they don't have live stock updates like Amazon etc...

I was just getting palmed off really. Made the order on 14th september. Showing as processing and got a backdated stock email. Not been released to manufacturing. On the phone forever only to be told they will ask their warehouse about stock and get back to me in 72 hours. I had asked how their orders are processed and if they are done in order and was just told they dont know. So didnt get any answers at all. Just frustrating as the funds are preauthorised and I have no idea if they will claim no stock and cancel. Not sure why my order was not released to manufacturing along with everyene else, it was showing in stock for 24 hours AFTER my order went through :disappointed:

There was a guy who had quantity 2 for sale - clearly from this deal. By the time ebay and paypal take their cut and after postage and the risk of selling an expensive item over the internet, surprised people do this. Liquid Nitrogen isn't an efficient cooling method :(, your performance/watt will be awful. I'd run a res tied in with a tropical fish tank. This way you can both run free sexy fish and have really low temps.

Seems to work with Nvidia control panel also.

You have to do the color adjustments through the lenovo app AFAIK.

Sucks that I missed this deal fml. I took the plunge and got one off eBay... 1.2-1.5k still really isn't a bad price for the spec. Not worth the 1999.99. I took the back off mine. Put in a 1080, going to sell the 1070. Also, I've put water cooling on the gpu and cpu, stuck the rads to the back. It's now an aio that out performs my old desktopl that has 3x the footprint. The screen is insane, speakers great and the camera is quite nice wheb needed.

Ok this is how to do a manual quidco claim look at the top right then click support. Then create cashback claim scroll down and select the retailer if lenovo uk is not in the list just go to lenovo through quidco again and shut the page down it will create a entry in there.You will have to wait 24hrs before making a manual claim if you made a fresh entry for a manual claim.The rest is strait forward just enter the details it ask remeber enter the amount minus the vat.

Yes could have been a issue with the card issuer.

Someone from original post had his order cancelled around a week later.

I think they get them pretty early it could either be two things card issuer declined card security checks or not enough stock to fulfill the order if your over 24hrs you should be good.

Strange thing is I ordered around 9.30pm the night this was posted but my order status changed from 'order submitted' to 'order in process' yesterday morning so it appears as if I only ordered it yesterday. How do you do a manual claim for cash back?

Mine is no longer running noisy, about 4 hours of use and it's pretty quiet now. Boots up in 20 secs and my son has steam on it and is really happy

I think they have improved as i notice SCC Trade have switched from TNT to UKMAIL as they delivered my stuff bright and early yesterday. that said, i've not had problems with them in Essex where i live.

Ram, hdd and gpu can be upgraded. CPU cannot.

Yes, emailed them and then followed it up with a call. They told me it might still ship if it's already starting processing and I'd have to send it back, but I've not had any shipping notification and it doesn't seem as though anyone else has if this thread or the previous one is anything to go by. Decent specs for the money. Never had a AIO but surely runs much hotter and offers less customisation. Personally will always favour a big box that allows me to add fans and hard drives until my hearts content.

Well I ended up cancelling my order, so at least one might come back in stock for those still waiting on one.

Some of the footage I've seen of these running online would suggest that they run really hot - as in CPU and GPU temps of 85+ when gaming. The only suggestion I could see for getting around the issue was to take the back panel off, or to lower settings - neither is ideal.

I do really like the idea of these AIO units, however, and this has damn good specs for the price. The card alone is worth £400.

Gotta say if I needed a new system this kind of form factor would be tempting, especially if they have or introduce larger panel models. Can't fault this system for the price, seems great.

Isn't the 4K screen a bit of a waste of money given the graphics card can't really do 4K gaming at a decent framerate?

OOS as prev stated. Seemed like a good deal if you wanted all the components but holding out till graphic cards are more reasonable and would personally prefer no monitor which means the savings are negligible

Checked video review, you can upgrade the graphic card. So potentially you upgrade to a 1080 or maybe a newer model.

But be warned, the fan can get very noisy
