9.3g of the 25g Frosties and 11g of the 30g Coco Pops is sugar. Okay as a treat, but I wouldn't feed those to children every day. A 6-year old is only supposed to have 19g of sugar in a day according to the NHS website.

never paid more than £1 for these, aldi, b&m , etc etc.good when they are on offer in asda as well.

Loved these as a little kid having the choice of a different cereal everyday, but as an adult it's a case of hoping all 8 boxes taste good combined together to make a one serving!
