What's F Zero GX out for ? GameCube only?

Yeah unfortunately, deserves a rerelease or even a new game entirely.
Running it on the wii, if you force the signal to NTSC, you can run it at native 480p.
Game has aged well imo.

Have you tried F Zero AX too? Just reading up on it and apparently they embedded AX in the original game disc. There's also the original version of AX (the arcade version with different handling) that can be played on the Wii too! I shall be investigating further this weekend!

I actually legitly unlocked the AX tracks for doing the cups on master. But I haven't played the actual arcade version of AX yet

Yeah, GameCube only. It's 14 years old now and there hasn't been another major entry in the series since - Nintendo should really get on that! It still holds up though, and obviously with it being a GameCube game you can also play it on the Wii, or on the Wii U via Nintendont (involves softmodding and ripping the game to hard drive). Some friends bought it for me for my birthday way back in 2003, knowing I was a fan of Wipeout, and I still play it sometimes.
But for other similar, more recent games check out Redout and Formula Fusion (made by a development team formed by ex-Psygnosis developers, who worked on the original Wipeout games). I'm definitely going to pick up the Wipeout Omega Collection at some point but I'm busy with those other two for now.

Not the biggest fan of Game so hopefully Amazon price match.
And thanks for the heads-up on FZero GX MarkToTheMax - somehow that game passed me by - will have to check it out.

I keep thinking of Wipeout, but after playing F Zero GX, it makes the game look slow in comparison.
Oh and plus the 30 racers on the track.
