Gressingham duck breast portions (250g) reduced to clear (not yellow sticker) at ASDA Wigan. Looks like they're clearing lots of meat lines for Christmas as other meat items were reduced to clear ('reduced price'). Was £4 now £2. Online price is £4 and it's about £4 elsewhere. May be national.
A good price considering it's double or more elsewhere.

Quacking deal . Heron foods usually have 1.8 Kg ducks for about £4.50, haven't looked lately to check.
Hope you get lucky and have a store that's offering the reduction?

I remember when u would get 2 breasts in a pack, now it's just one cut in half. I wonder which 'clever dick' thought of that !

'Just looked at your video and these ducks are the lucky ones. I've heard of birds being kicked around like they were footballs at Bernard Mathews

The term 'Free range' is misleading buyers to believe the birds are kept in lovely big green fields and allowed to wonder around in the sunshine to their hearts content. In reality it's another story and if you do a few internet searches you'll soon discover the shocking truth about the so called 'free range ' eggs, chickens and ducks people buy in the supermarkets.
