So this deal may only appeal to those who need an extra/replacement controller...but even if you don't, I think the package is good value for money.
You get a standard copy of GT Sport plus a limited edition GT Sport Dualshock 4 V2.
The game itself will set you back about £40 separately, so the controller is only costing you approximately £35...with the added bonus of it being a limited edition too which looks rather nice.

I wish they sold collectors and editions like this were the game is a download code. Discs are dead.

Discs are by no way dead.
Going fully digital has zero resale value, ideally this is what the game publishers want as there would be no production costs so this is why they milk DLC content instead.

I really like the sound of the single player, as license tests were always my favourite part of the game and I think friend leaderboards will make it pretty compelling for me.
I usually find the main campaign a bit of a chore.

Looks like a good bundle for the price, but I'm going to wait and see how the single player mode fairs in reviews first.

This is the single reason it's a no buy from me. The single player is looking similar to the old driving tests. So disappointed.

Looks likes I won't be buying this then! Shame really, as I loved the single player in GT6.

Single player is just a series of training mini games, it seems there is also No dynamic weather or day night cycle (single player or online) and cars are down to 170.

If you're expecting a single player experience similar to the previous installments, then I'm afraid you're probably going to be disappointed.
I would recommend you look at Project Cars 2, or Forza 7 if you have an XB1...if you want a comprehensive single player campaign.
GT Sport is taking a new approach to racing games, focusing on competitive online e-sports gameplay...the single player portion is more of a "training mode" so to speak.

When you want the controller but aren't that bothered about the game.....
I would love that controller just for nostalgia sales, playing GT as a kid for hours on end. But it's 2017 and I'll be buying Forza 7 because let's face it, it's gonna be ridiculously superior.

Since its the Limited Edition of GTS you can maybe sell that off for higher price if need be and keep the controller also id say Project Cars 2 is another good competitor they improved tons over the first one in every way

The controller is limited edition, not the game version.

Discs ain't dead if u buy digital you can't resell or trade in if i buy a game around £40 bucks and trade in £20-£30 depending on how long i beat I can use for my next game and on and on. That's best for our wallets it no
