If your after a very cheap bike for basic commuting etc its hard to find cheaper than this. It seems to be some sort of bike scheme clearance. These were originally destined for a bike scheme in London but suspect they weren't fit for purpose. Neither strong enough or secure or enough.
For your £68 or less you are getting a single speed bike with solid tyres, drum brakes with a weight capacity of either 85kg or 100kg depending on the advert you look at. There are many adverts on ebay plus you may see the bike elsewhere on amazon etc. So if this seller becomes out of stock there will be plenty of alternatives. Don't forget to make sure you use topcashback, link your nectar card and make a lower bid than £68 using the offer facility.
It weighs 15kg, steel construction and the wheels are 24" so bear in mind those bmx style handlebars are there to bring up the handlebar height to a normal level, these are small bikes although they look the style of larger bikes. It has mudguards, chain enclosure, kickstand and a modern mounting on the headset tube to take a front basket or rack. The bright orange colour makes its high visibility for safer rider. The solid tyres mean no punctures with all the comfort being taken care of with a oversized soft saddle.
It seems to be an all weather design with drum brakes. It will likely be low geared as single speed. What looks like a gear selector on the handlebar appears to be a bell. Sort of bike quickly and easily adjusted to take different size riders so a bike to suit a family who just want to share a bike or only have storage for one. The step through design makes it suitable for easy mounting and riding getting on and off quickly.
A very low maintenance design. This obviously will have limited stock I'm sure.
Some information about the failed? bike scheme here.
Here's the share system mechanism that obviously will be removed from these bikes.

From China? Cheap though.

Chinese designed and made 100% but then most bikes are nowadays especially if you include taiwan as part of China which is where some of the mid range to high price range bikes come from. Starting to see india, cambodia, vietnam, sri lanka and other countries come in at the bottom end though.

Oh I thought these bikes would be bigger.

Those images are just for fun. I just love the way the Chinese blatantly insert a picture of the bike on random images even a bloke riding a completely different bike.
These are small bikes though, I think the maximum rider height is stated as 5ft 8" or 5ft 10" on another advert combined with the weight capacity of 85kg definitely seem like a bike designed for the average chinese person not European. So a good fit for the majority of women and good percentage of men. I'm 6ft 2" so I'm out and also over the weight limit.
The ONS said the average man in England was 5ft 9in (175.3cm) tall and weighed 13.16 stone (83.6kg). The average woman in England weighed 11 stone (70.2kg) and was 5ft 3in tall (161.6cm).

If the Chinese are dumping them, might swerve this one!
Well their over enthusiasm surely is our gain if they are selling bikes at a large loss. A brand new bike for £68 delivered to your door with a spec that is actually very reasonable for its intended purpose.

Depends what you mean by 'spec' I guess. 85kg max load will exclude a lot of men.
I expect my 92kg combined with solid tyres and a pothole or two would finish it off. I'm not against cheap bikes as had a lot of fun from a cheap tesco racer but my feeling is this would be false economy.

It will definitely exclude a lot of men including me. However that weight limit is not unheard of. Btwin bikes at Decathlon have a total weight limit of 100kg which includes the weight of the bike for almost all their bikes which with some being 15kg limits the rider to 85kg. Some folding bikes sold at ebay are as low as 60kg and at Argos I think 80kg. This is a steel bike and they seem to have put some reinforcing on the bike close to the bottom bracket which isn't present on the Chinese market version so maybe the 100kg quoted for the same bike on some ebay adverts is correct. Whatever you shouldn't exceed the weight limit stated for safety unless there are other factors like using a mountain bike on the road where you know it will be getting an easier time than off road use.

I love the fact they have solid tyres! I rarely get a chance to get the bike out and when i do you can guarantee the tyres are going to be flat. Heat from me

Noticed previous bid prices have been £57 so worth making Best Offer at that price. I like drum brakes but guess it will be difficult to source replacement brake lineings?

Same is probably true of the solid tyres but they may well last many years. Those old fifties and sixties folding bikes with coaster brakes never seem to need any parts and was metal on metal to brake, I guess it depends on the design. If the bikes were originally designed for low maintenance despite constant use it could be the brakes will last many years for a single user of the bike. Of course this is China's idea of a durable bike based on low cost manufacturing and a lighter rider but again seems an absolute bargain if you just want a basic simple bike with little or no maintenance and are within the weight limits.

they look suspiciously like the MoBike that was launched in Manchester this summer. Similar scheme it seems.

15kg, single gear, solid tyres.. Unless you only ever cycle on flat good quality roads, this likely won't be a comfortable cycling experience

It's got a huge saddle with large springs though. The tyres won't be like lead hoops either I suspect they will have a bit of give. Hopefully someone who has purchased one will review it on this thread but I wouldn't expect it to be too bad for comfort overall.
