Saw this instore to. Quality wise , for what Id look for in a wok it didn't seem too good. Thin metal, reminded me more of aluminium.

Price is good, but my Chinese girlfriend says to do this: Find your nearest Chinese supermarket, buy a 'proper' steel wok from there. Take it you your local Chinese takeaway and give them it to 'prove'. Leave it a week or so and buy lots of takeaways from them meanwhile.
You will then have a wok that nothing, ever, can stick to. Teflon doesn't come close, apparently.
What I can tell you is that all the "never wash your wok, just wipe it" stuff is bull. Of course you should wash it. The secret is in making sure it is properly dry (wash then put back on the hob) and then wipe it over with a bit of kitchen towel and oil (no, not Castrol).
And never use the 'wrong' oil if you are going to cook Chinese style. No Olive oil etc. Google for the website that lists cooking oils to use and their smoking points. You may be surprised. If in doubt, Rice Bran oil is your friend.
Hope that helps you all.
