Heat added and purchased from b&q tonight. Dobbies have same size but is £29.99. I'm a newbie to this site but can't help notice how people moan about nothing! Glass half empty kind of people, life's too short!

Not a bad price, but unless you need one give it a week or two and these will be cheaper in places like Tesco, Aldi and Wilko etc.

Firstly previous experience - hotukdeals.com/dea…962 - as can be seen over six quid cheaper, I'd doubt the raw materials have increased that much to justify the difference.
Second reason the shops quoted often carry these type things as short term specials, yet selling these items is not their raison d'être, so need to clear them out to stock the next big thing, particularly in the build up to Christmas, just the consequence of supply and demand.
Finally the three retailers I quoted tend to be less expensive than B&Q on these types of goods.
As I said, hot for the current price, and if you are desperate for an incinerator as a method of getting rid of evidence, sorry garden waste, I'd guess this will be a low price, however, if not it might be worth waiting.

You do realise that post you quoted is years old? :unamused: plus can't see a size in there either.. doesn't look as big as this one. No offense I'm just stating what I see. You don't need to buy it I just thought it was a good price for what it is

I know, I brought one at £7.50 ; )
I'm not sure what the issue is, I voted hot & said good current price, but that if someone isn't in a rush they are likely to be cheaper in a couple of weeks.
Surely the idea of this site is to help people save a few quid? If either of our contributions help that, then the world's a slightly better place.

There's no issue  all I asked was why will they be cheaper else where because I genuinely wanted to know why in those stores. Your response seemed really quite long and explanatory but I didnt understand why you would basically say "well because years ago I got one cheaper". And In the one you used as your example it didn't say the size. I really don't mean to offend you, I'm not argueing and I'm not defending the incinerator in my deal . To be honest I thought you were speaking abit condescending when you say "if your desperate". Maybe I just read it wrong, I thought you were being one of those people that seems to want to argue about anything so maybe I responded the same way. I just wanted to be honest and state that. Again, no offense intended,
