Travis are offering free delivery on everything until Sunday. We just ordered a load of slabs for our new patio (Travis have 15% off on these too) that would of cost us £30 to get delivered from Wickes.

Ordered some insulation the other day, estimated delivery was October 17th online but I got a call the next day saying they could deliver it as soon as Monday. Happy days.
Also if you do your research there are certain things that TP stock that work out much cheaper than your local Shed, especially if there are offers on. On the flip side however some things from TP are extortionately priced so be careful.

I got a message saying my fence panel isn't in stock yet.
Any idea if the free postage will be honoured when it's delivered after Sunday?

Just been local, £190 dearer than getting it delivered from TP for a pallet of calibrated flags

Most local builders merchants will offer free delivery on orders around £100 and up (ours certainly does). They will also normally be MUCH cheaper than Travis (or B&Q, Wickes, etc). Give the smaller guys a chance.

Sure delivery charges are at the discretion of the manager in each branch, our local TP and Jewson both deliver for free

Cold from me, still dearer than my local builders merchants for aggregates who deliver free all the time.
