We know it sounds too good to be true - but its not!
We have a couple of hundred cinema tickets for use at the main Cinema Chains to see any film in the next month (yes they expire so we want to give them away before they do)!
We have tried to work out the best way to give away fairly so this is the plan.
Tickets go live at 7.00am on Thursday 14th September here:
IMPORTANT: THIS LINK ISNT LIVE TILL 7.00AM TOMORROW
We are confident all will begone by 7.30 so will close it then.
Good Luck!

I got the email but saw it too late....
Interesting company/organisation SFF.... I still don't get how they operate.... in 2016 I had loads of offers from them, my favourite being free tickets to the Fulham Fold Festival to see the likes of Nile Rogers/Chic and Incognito.... it was brilliant. But this year I've had barely a sniff from them, in fact this was the first freebie that I had received...... ah well.

I wouldn't say I was agitated, just mildy annoyed at having been sent a link and then it not work, had I got on and been told they had all gone I would have been fine but when it appeared that no one could get on and then when someone did they had magically all been allocated was just a bit annoying. Especially as even at 8am it was still not working for me and I only know they have all gone because of people posting on here. It hasn't effected my day in anyway, I was up anyway and sat at my PC at that time as I almost always am at 7am.
Anyway I'm off to the cinema tonight with some tickets I got given as a present so still free

It's not all down to this being linked here that traffic went through the roof, the number of tweets complaining about the link not working were massive as well. SFF probably have tens of thousands of members, maybe even hundreds of thousands, and seems many tried to get this giveaway.

Yeah, SFF has given me some great nights out (my favourite was going to see Behind The Candleabra, as I love camp old nonsense - I went on my own haha), so I bear no grudge. 200 tickets available, with no doubt thousands all swamping the website, it's going to be very slim pickings  Still think they're great

Not sure why some members on here get so agitated when they miss out on something for nothing.
SFF have obviously taken an opportunity to stimulate interest in the service they operate by giving away a small number of free tickets? Judging by the length of this thread, and the random complaining and hair pulling displayed, it has been pretty successful. Way to go SFF marketing!!
I, along with numerous others, tried the link from my mobile at 07:00 and gave up after a dozen attempts, made some coffee, and watched breakfast news. I was unlucky, "c'est la vie", nobody died and my second cup of coffee was delicious.
Let's keep things in perspective people?

Read OP - the email allegedly from SFF said "We know it sounds too good to be true.." and goes onto say "We have tried to work out the BEST WAY to give away fairly...." and gives precise details "Tickets go live at 7.00am"
Yet, posters have said the site went live BEFORE 7.00am....... Therefore if you had been sent a valid email, was already registered with SFF and logged on at 7 on the dot - chances are you were never going to get through. Explanations have been that you had to use the precise Link which was emailed to you - which would negate the need for a code..... ( yet some said they had to use a code) Or that it only worked on I.E...... Or maybe.....you had to stand on one leg, cover your head in tinfoil and whistle Dixie......?
Then again, the email also said the tickets were "to see ANY FILM in the next month".... yet someone posted to say it was for a french cartoon !! ....so unless the French Cartoon is titled 'ANY FILM'.....?!! Basically, the email wasn't exactly accurate in most of it's content.... apart form the "Sounds too good to be true" part.

Basically with the huge server load that's come from this being posted here, you'd have one of three outcomes, if the link worked properly you'd get straight to the M25 page, if it didn't resolve properly there was a chance you'd be redirected to the "need a code" page (and bigscreen does work), and the third alternative was that you got the server overload message, "Oops something went wrong". That then changed when the tickets had been allocated. Anyway, all gone. I'd be whining as my wife got the SFF email and this site means she didn't get tickets we might have used, but this site has also helped us with a pile of links so that would be hypocritical.
Just makes me laugh that people always say "there aren't any tickets" when others are getting them. Luck of the draw.

14 Sep 17#142
I got through all the way to where you enter the number of tickets you want and your details then after I clicked submit it took me to some weird page with a date of event as 1970. Didn't get the usual confirmation email so I tried to start again and couldn't get anywhere.
Congrats to anyone that was successful.

If the link worked you wouldn't need a code. I've never had to manually input the code when following a direct link.
If however you got sent to the page asking for a code then bigscreen should have worked.
Still think it's funny that no one could get on yet all tickets are gone.
I got nowhere.

14 Sep 17#135
I didnt get a code but agree with ravinder. At 6.58 the page showed two options, inside m25 and outside m25. Both with 'coming soon' where the selection button would be.
When the page was having issues it seemed to redirect you to the 'Normal' filmfirst page which has a box to enter a code. This would be the codes published online and in magazines for free screenings. If you got this you should have gone back to weticketit.com/big…een Otherwise you were refreshing the wrong page.

Interesting you say you got tickets - WITHOUT having to have a code, Others claim they got tickets - but had to use a code. Others used codes - and never got a ticket - People now saying they JUST managed to get tickets - despite others posting their screen had changed to "No Tickets left" ages ago... And most people who had received the email (I had 3 emails from the little rascals) never had a code to start with....
Must make a note in my diary to mark 14th Sept as the alternative April Fools Day

Just makes me laugh that people always say "there aren't any tickets" when others are getting them. Luck of the draw.
Congrats to anyone that was successful.
If however you got sent to the page asking for a code then bigscreen should have worked.
Still think it's funny that no one could get on yet all tickets are gone.
I got nowhere.
When the page was having issues it seemed to redirect you to the 'Normal' filmfirst page which has a box to enter a code. This would be the codes published online and in magazines for free screenings. If you got this you should have gone back to weticketit.com/big…een Otherwise you were refreshing the wrong page.
Others claim they got tickets - but had to use a code.
Others used codes - and never got a ticket -
People now saying they JUST managed to get tickets - despite others posting their screen had changed to "No Tickets left" ages ago...
And most people who had received the email (I had 3 emails from the little rascals) never had a code to start with....
Must make a note in my diary to mark 14th Sept as the alternative April Fools Day
If someone got tickets to spare (or unable to watch due to commitments) kindly PM please, love to take the kids to see this cartoon.
Sorry
Shame, up since 6.30.
Outside M25 - Expiry: 30 Sep at 23:59
Fully booked
30 Sep 2017 at 11:00pm
Definitely all gone. got to the screen where it says Inside M25, outside M25, all gone.
I have had literally hundreds of free tickets from SSF over the years, and have NEVER gone through some other site or some daft 'Log in at 7' b.s.......
Thank goodness I have been up since 6 anyway......
Suspect it is a group of nerds having their idea of a joke......either here, Russia or China
Nothing to do with crashing the system, nothing existed to start with.
That is the code......
No tickets......
Must go back to sleep............
Once tickets are all claimed, we'll open up a limited waiting list for cancellations before showing it as 'Fully booked'.
well on bright side, sun is shining and birds chirping so no point getting upset about tickets.
I haven't managed to actually get that far though - so you're lucky if you can even enter the code above. I haven't been able to get further than THIS since this apparently went live.
What - Both of them ? !
Yet another case of advertising things that you have little chance of getting ... waste of time.
Oops... Something went wrong.
We're sorry. The page you are trying to access is no longer here. Please go back and try again. If you continue to see this message, contact us at[email protected].

Getting rather suspicious as this purports to come from Showfilmfirst - so why is this not going through a sff link?
Can't see code in email either
Just gone in via the link and it took me to a page with " The Jungle Bunch" film for September 15th, but oddly when I went back via the link again I got the page mentioned above .
Suppose I'll have to get up early tomorrow !
But not live until 0700hrs as Op posted
Simply check availability below and click 'Book now.'
