Yes it's still expensive for a rucksack, but it is great quality and very durable in my experience.

looks cheap and poorly made, like a £2.99 item from Tesco

I don't have one, but Fjallraven stuff is normally very high quality and designed to be durable.

... is what someone who has no idea what they're talking about would say.

He/She said "looks" not "is". That's fair for someone who hasn't had first contact with it yet.

In Scandinavia practically every household has owned Fjallraven items for many decades - no quick flash in the pan trend, long established quality brand.

Well good for them. I don't know the brand but no matter how good quality this bag is, obviously in the rest of the world people have much more choices for much better looking and equally good quality bags.

Actually a friend at work has one and the zip broke in about 2 months, he still loves it though.

When someone wears them they always look really tired and out of shape.. wouldn't buy one for 10£... just my opinion

they don't seem to have much support/padding, wouldn't want to lug around my uni books with this bag. good deal though, heat added!

It would be a deal if it was 48p. They sure know how to rip hipsters off...

+1 I admit to knowing nothing about this brand. But the moment I saw it and I saw the price of it I thought 'hipsters will lap it up'

Not my cup of tea but the brand is a very good one and not from marketing or fashion but from reputation for quality. A lot of Buschrafter types and outdoor people like Ray Mears use them.
