3 varieties, latte macchiato, lungo and cappuccino
I myself have a Nespresso however seen these and thought they might be useful for those who have a Dolce Gusto machine.

Has anyone tried the cortado pods for the dolce gusto machine? Torn between buying a Nespresso or dolce gusto machine. We have a tassimo at the minute and can't find a decent coffee!

How many in a bag?
If its only 10 its the same price that the originals are often at of £4 a box as there are 16 in theirs. Tried the Cafe Pod ones - they are OK but often £3 for 10 making them more expensive than originals.

The Lungo's and Latte's are 16's, the Cappuccino's are 8's. Same as the originals.

I bought the Lungo pack at the weekend, they're not too different to the Preludio pods, maybe a tiny bit weaker but not too noticeable. They're definitely worth the price and don't taste cheap/processed.

Anyone know how the latte macchiato compare to the official nescafe pods?

Yes - they're about half the price  Seriously though - I haven't tried these (yet) as I didn't know Lidl did them, but Lidl stuff is usually very good quality and so compares favourably to 'brands'. Thanks, OP.

Didn't like the cappuccino ones. They tasted a bit processed. But did buy the Lungo too which was ok.

I bought the latte... Prefer the originals but these are ok for the £. Slightly sweeter and not quite as strong but will buy again

The Americano one's are actually lovely and almost as good as the originals.
Just bought some of these Lidl pods tonight so fingers crossed they are equally as good.

i just returned mine to lidl. Tried the cafepod ones ages ago, they provided the same level of disappointment as the lidl ones. Even if they were 99p I wouldnt buy them.

Just tried them, avoid the cappuccino its watery and milk doesn't froth at all. Lungo is better, drinkable nice crema but pretty weak.

It's one of the reasons I actually went for a Nespresso machine in the end as there is an endless supply of compatible pods. And I lurve my coffee :P
