This has previously been posted for £29,so at this price it seems very good value.
The product is a WiFi doorbell (like ring) that has a built in HD camera so you can see remotely via phone/tabletwho is at your front door. Also has a 2 way mic so you can talk to anyone who has pressed the bell.
Don't know a lot about the product but the reviews seem ok and it seems a snip compared to the ring which costs around £170

Do you know how long the record times are? It states once bell is pressed it will record for 10 secs, how long will it record for when motion is detected?
I have been looking at the ring as well but if this will do the job I want it will be a quarter of the cost.

(Every time the visitor presses the doorbell, it will auto records a 10-second video, You can view all the history records of the device at play back function.)
so with this also having record with motion id presume it will start recording when they keep moving, if not you can also manually watch what it sees, but until i get it who knows , it might be garbage, cheers.

Cant wait to pick one of these up "used" on ebay for a tenner in a couple weeks from that seller who just happens to have 30 "used in mint condition without box"

I've got one in the box that doesn't work and one that does work but didn't get a high enough WAF to make it to the front door. It not actually ringing was a bit of a deal breaker

Perhaps read the Amazon reviews before you buy this...
This one could be a case of, you get what you pay for...

Does it actually ring a chime in the house as well as a phone. If it doesn't it's not much use unless everyone has their phone with them when home......

If these actually had socket plug in speakers as opposed to making the bell sound on your phone that would be perfect.

Tempted by the improved version but still think needs an internal ringer. Just goes to phone but mine often on silent

They say in the comments that there is an internal speaker for the improved version due out next month, but no indication what that might cost.

No problem, once they've mounted it on their own door, ask the first person that rings their bell to deliver something what the address is so you can go and collect it  , as I doubt anyone will be able to link it to a new cloud account once it is already registered.
Seriously though, I don't doubt some idiot would be tempted to nick it, someone stole the illuminated oak door number off my wall years ago, so I had to make a new one.

Brought one with reasonable expectations. There is to much delay from someone ringing it and you getting the call on your phone. Until they add in a separate chime like a regular DoorBell then this ones a dud for me.

Can anyone recommend an alternative without a delay? That isn't ridiculously expensive, say around £60 or less.

I had this a couple of weeks and paid the extra for ring. The picture quality is brilliant but by the time it rings you (when it does) the person has left as it takes an age to connect. Also adding other users on the app was impossible

was looking at this yesterday as our Aldi (Medion) one hasn't been working so good. It's not WiFi, just regular wireless door chime.
I think for <£10 more, the SB-XYA seems a lot better. As well as a better camera, also has rechargeable battery rather than requiring 4 x AAs like the one in OP deal
Conflicting info about getting an indoor chime. The description in Bangood suggests you do get one but this Aussie review suggests there isn't one ozbargain.com.au/nod…299

More importantly, the new one is supposed to ring your phone about 8 seconds sooner than the old, the 10 second delay of the old one would be too slow in my opinion. I assume that's the main purpose of the PIR in the new one ,since it could be woken up and have established a network connection ready to make your phone ring before the visitor presses the button.
