Hey guys, saw this for budding Guardians with Destiny 2. Virgin Media are giving away a red themed Sparrow for everyone who is a member. I believe this code can be used on any platform, so you can keep it for PC when that's available.
You just need to enter your unique ID which is your Area Code and Account number (no spaces). Details for this should be found under the account page.
How do I find out my Virgin Media unique customer account ID? Your unique customer account ID is your Area Reference followed by your Account Number (no spaces) this can be found at the top of your paper bill, or on your eBill email notification. Please note if your Area Reference starts with a 0, please omit this from your unique customer account ID.
Terms and Conditions
UK Virgin Media home internet customers only. One Sparrow code per customer, redeemable by the main account holder only. You must claim your code and unlock the Sparrow in-game between 6 September and 31 December 2017. Claim your code by entering your account details here from 6 September. Code can be used on either the PS4, Xbox One or PC edition (PC edition launches 24 October). No cash or other alternative. Non transferable.

Well it's come to the point where gullible gamers are being apologetic for developers intentionally shipping their games unfinished or content lacking.
Except when people like myself actually point that t and lack of respect for the consumer I'm either called a moaner, whiner or sore human being

I think I got the sparrow, but it's a blue rare item (and I got it from Amanda not the Postmaster, so it basically was useless straight off the bad. So unless I got a sparrow that look remarkably similar to the one you get from redeeming the code, you got a pretty useless item, I got a better sparrow from the first bright engrams I got when I reached level 20.

I don't have a "site id" on my bill - only an "area reference" - this isn't Virgin native territory, they bought up the local cable company a couple of years ago - no doubt something to do with that. Oh well don't matter I was only going to give the code away anyway.
edit: OK I got it, may be worth adding this to the OP?

I added info on how to redeem it on the original post, I can change it and add this though sure. I guess people didn't understand my bit.
Really not sure why they aren't working for you, are you using an adblock? Either way you can just go to the Virgin Media website and it's the first thing you spot on the page..
Think you need to be level 20.

Actually you need to finsih story first

My point was I needed to omit the "zero" (which you didn't say in your OP), this was what was preventing me from getting the code.

Just to stop anyone feeling sad about missing out: It's a blue sparrow speed 140. I got a purple sparrow from one of the freebie Bright engrams - speed 150. You can't pick it up until you finish the story.

The Sparrow can unlock either by completing the main story arc or by a random drop; some people are lucky and are getting it early on, players like us however are not lol (poor poor hunter) . I thought it probably would've been better if there was a compulsory mission slightly early on that gave you access to a basic Sparrow just so you've got more than enough time to make it to public events.
Also at present the level cap is 20 and the light level cap is 250 (due to go up with expansions apparently).
I was an ex - Destiny player who stopped at about 360 light level and was dubious about playing this one and starting all again. The main story of this one does explain why they chose to restart and makes a better job of telling a story this time around. Tbh I'm loving the game right now, all new and shedloads to do

When putting in your account number to request the DLC you may need to put your account's site ID in front of it (eg on your bill you'll have a Site ID followed by your account number). Should accept the account number fine then (got my code yesterday)
