Pain in the a##e to have to return goods to Belgium and not cheap either !!

Had the same problem: trainers too small, a pain to return

bought from them before and was happy with the sizes, so no issues with returns, but nothing I want this time round.

Had the same problem as Flombard, bought a jumper and it didn't fit so i had to return it to Belgium at my own cost.Sorry OP, cold

Might be free delivery but not returns. Bought some trainers and many of us on here found them way too small. Quicksilver got me to send photos, send more photos with a ruler next to them and then refused to pay for returns...to Belgium. This business is in trouble financially and is trying to cut corners with its customers. Cold from me I'm afraid

Please note that products being returned must be sent to a Belgium address.
