Eliminate Wi-FI Deadspots: With the Belkin Wi-Fi Range Extender, you can expand your home network's wireless connection up to an additional 5,000 square feet. It's incredibly simple to install and is compatible with virtually any router, so there's no need to reconfigure anything on your home wireless network. It's the fast, easy way to expand your home wireless connection. Seems to be about £15 elsewhere.

I bought one of these to boost the signal for the PS4 in the attic. It's not great, is it?
What's a decent *cheap* alternative?
And what specs should I be looking at for keeping the speed decent?

Bought one of these before. It's rubbish. Made the signal weaker shockingly.
Got hold of a used BT home hub, and now dual band signal off that from my sky router. Much better signal overall.

Same here. Also got a BT shop offer for the wifi extender and socket. Not sure £69 is an offer unless someone here can rave about it?
