I am always amazed how peoples with internet connection prefer posting in a forum to ask something extremely easy to look up on any internet search tool. Read en.wikipedia.org/wik…sen for example.

Bang and Olufsen traditionally were a high end audio company. The criticism on them used to be that their prices were very high and that sometimes, the form/style/look was more important than the pure audio quality. For this reason, they were never the darling of the audiophile community, In my opinion however, their products are usually high quality although fairly high priced. In recent years, they have brought out some more affordable products.

Mine have just arrived. The clarity and impact across the frequency range is exquisite (admittedly I'm using my G6's quad-DAC). It's hard to imagine how the build quality & premium feel could be better. They are also very comfortable.
It didn't come with a carry case, or pouch, so I've ordered one from amazon for ~£15.. these are well worth protecting.

It is no doubt this is a good deal - they are well made and look good, but if you are after sound quality visit someone like John Lewis and compare.
The Sennheiser Momentum can be found for a similar price and for my tastes, have a better more natural sound - with deeper bass, and sharper treble.
Best to listen to listen to a range and compare as everyone has a different perception on sound.

I don't quite agree with that. Momentum (I guess you are talking about Momentum 2) is a bit on the dark sounding side, the bass is probably more but recess, high is there, but not as clean/clear. Whereas, H6 stand out almost very other areas, the H6 is clean but not ear piecing, the mid is very smooth and bass is on the mild side, but solid (probably not ideal for bass head). But what make H6 really shine is the soundstage ^ imaging, for these alone, Momentum 2 are quite a bit behind. Though that doesn't means M2 is not good, but just probably not as all around, especially when you pair H6 with a really good dac/amp source.

Think I side on your side. Believe the Momentum are over rated. They give a totally different sound, much richer & warmer & as such mask finer details. I believe the H6 & H7 are a much better headphone. Much better balanced. More involving & engaging which suggests everything is just well balanced across the frequency range.

So I have used these headphones on lg g6, lg V20, galaxy s8, ZTE axon 7 and HTC one max, the last two which I currently have. Well for one in all package beoplay h7 wireless. For more comfort h6 2nd gen. If mostly at rest mh40 by master and dynamics are superior and well just by a little. H7 wireless best for bang for buck atm.

Bought these for £135 from Amazon last year. I love them - great sound and very comfortable. They are not noise cancelling but they do block out external sound quite well. I especially like using them when on flights.

I have tried this a year ago but in the end I bought the Momentum 2. This are perfect if you like crystal and clear sound (perfect for classic/acoustic). They are a very good pair of over ear headphone but again you should try them before buying.

You can get them on Amazon for £135 (they have great customer service as well) if anyone is interested. Personally I recommend Bose or B&W, but at this price they are good value

M50X was my first pair of headphone that go me into audiophile. The M50x is okay if you have never spend anything over £50. Though the H6 is on another level. I would give 8/10 to H6 whereas M50x for 5/10.

Bargain. I paid £169 a few months ago. Painful but still happy with them. No noise cancellation and not great at noise isolation but horses for courses.

One of my favourite ever purchases and I paid £190 (last year). Super comfortable, especially for someone who wears glasses, I had discomfort with other headphones previously.

They don't have active cancelling but they sound great, they're extremely comfortable and they block out a decent amount of external noise, in my experience - if you're not in a noisy environment ofc.
