Annoyingly, I booked a Eurostar trip a few days ago and its non-refundable. Alas.
Still, some decent deals there, so worth some heat.
For those who don't know (I didn't until about a month ago), you can see the offers on the Amex website after signing in - scroll down to your statement and click "Offers". You need to click activate on the offer to get it. I don't tend to activate them unless I know I'll use them - I figure you might get better offers if you only activate them sparingly.

The cashback amounts seem to be account specific. For me it's 2% Debenhams, 1% Byron.
