It's a really good and comfortable mice. A word of caution: it needs the receiver to be very, very close to it. Luckily it comes with a usb extension cable... I'm mentioning this because in the beginning I thought it was faulty, as the receiver was about 50cm away and 'facing' a different direction, and I thought it was faulty.
Nothing reduced I want wish it was more specific...

Yep, but bare in mind: 1. The one listed is the "old" pack that is without the touch controllers. 2. Oculus don't allow transfer of warranty, if it has been registered to someone elses account then it's gone and you just have whatever Amazon offer on used items. 3. Again if it is registered to someone elses account, then you also don't get the games bundle either.

just bear in mind, with electrical items bought from warehouse deals it is unclear with searches i have done in the past if they come with the original manufactures guarantee ? as they are classed as second hand, yes you get 30 day for sure but the original 12/18/24mth from the manufacture is in doubt,
Yes. Eligible items sold by Amazon Warehouse Deals qualify for Prime or FREE Shipping. No. Used products generally do not come with a manufacturer's warranty but all of our items are backed by Amazon's return policy.

Thanks OP, how did you find it? The best way to search is to follow the link here and then search in the box (it says in grey 'search Warehouse Deals Specials') - if you search again after this it is not only discounted items and will include all warehouse or new items as well, so you need to go back to the initial search again making sure it says 'Warehouse Deals Specials'. Found some items I was going to buy anyway so this is even better.

It is just a blanket statement issued by Amazon for everything sold in the Warehouse as second hand because it is impossible for them to know whether if the item has been registered at the manufacturers by the previous customer before they returned it. Unfortunately because of that it even includes only box damaged goods that have never been sent out. Also even though the Amazon invoice doesn't state it is second hand or sold by Amazon Warehouse Deals they can't prevent the customer from blurting out to the manufacturer that it was bought "used".
So treat it the same way as when supermarkets label everything as "may include peanuts".
Just be brave and register it immediately at the manufacturers upon receipt to check that there is still warranty.

Generally this is the sort of misinformation that leads to the confusion in the first place, Just basic common sense and comprehension of all the info already out there,
1) Amazon states: "Do products come with a warranty? No. Used products generally do not come with a manufacturer's warranty but all of our items are backed by Amazon’s satisfaction guarantee."
Note the word "generally". This is just a blanket statement to cover all scenarios as the previous purchaser could have already registered the item at the manufacturer's before returning it or the current purchaser may let slip the item was purchased as "used". Sometimes the item is only box damaged and has never been sent to a previous customer, so as long as you don't mention it the manufacturer shouldn't know since it only states it is sold by Amazon on the invoice. The manufacturer could not refuse you a warranty claim just based on the fact the invoice amount was "cheap". Imagine if there was a 90% off closing down sale at Currys and you bought a new OLED TV for £100. You would still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty even if it only cost you £100.
This is the same as when supermarkets state "may include peanuts" on everything. This is just to protect themselves from the 1 in 100 case of someone actually really finding traces of nuts in what they purchased,
2) Amazon states: "All purchases eligible for Amazon customer service and a 30-day return policy."
This is to give the customer the peace of mind that when purchasing a used product they could return it during 30 days for any reason at all. I don't think Amazon every imagined customers would mistake it for anything else, but it is definitely not a restriction of warranty to 30 days. Note Argos also have a "30 day money back guarantee" printed on receipts and prominently advertised. If that doesn't somehow restrict your statutory consumer rights then why should Amazon's "30-day return policy" somehow mean "a 30 day warranty"?
3) Note that under (1) Amazon also mention "backed by Amazon's satisfaction guarantee" which is generally accepted to be at least 1 year. If the item develops a fault within the year (even if it is sold as "used") then as long as it wasn't the reason for the item being sold as "used" in the first place, they would generally give a refund. So you couldn't for example get a refund in 11 months if a used monitor has 3 dead pixels if that was the reason given for it being sold as used in the first place, but if the volume buttons only intermittently work then you could get a refund.
4) Last of all, but the most important thing is that you are covered by the Consumer Rights Act, even if the item is sold by Amazon as used. Be aware that Amazon Warehouse Deals is just one of their departments/classifications and everything is still being sold by Amazon. Usually if an item develops a fault within the first 6 months it is presumed that the fault was there from the start and the retailer needs to repair/replace/refund. Beyond 6 months normally the consumer needs to prove the fault was there all along, but Amazon has waived this due to their own satisfaction guarantee. The consumer rights protection actually goes beyond 1 year, but then the burden is on the consumer to prove the fault was there all along.

I totally agree. Amazon's "satisfaction guarantee" (ie their warranty) and the consumer's rights act does not differentiate between "new" and "used" sales. It must still meet the 3 standards: 1) satisfactory quality 2) fit for purpose, and 3) as described.
Unless stated otherwise purchases are presumed to be "new" ie the (1) quality is "new" and (3) described as "new"
If it is sold as used then (3) it would be described as "used" e.g has a scratch superficial scratch. This is no different from stating it is red or blue. Unless the used condition states otherwise it would be assumed that the item shouldn't be faulty (1) and also fit for purpose (2) like any other new purchase.
£74.97 great headset completely wireless for the PS4. I believe it will also work with the XB1 but might need a chat cable from headset to controller to get the mic working. A good amount of features including custom game profile audio. I spent £200 on these when they first came out. But sold them a few months later as the audio quality even though was very good. Was not worth £200 in my opinion. But £75 yes it's deffinetly worth that.

I read it on Amazon,
Quote: Do products come with a warranty? No. Used products generally do not come with a manufacturer's warranty but all of our items are backed by Amazon’s satisfaction guarantee.
Maybe it is vague with the wording "generally" and they refer to "satisfaction guarantee" rather than the word Warranty. So if there is misinformation - I'd say a significant portion of that is Amazon's fault at lack of clarity.
I cannot find specific details on the duration of this "satisfaction guarantee" or if it is legally binding such as a EU warranty. Pages that I can find are on "Returns policy" mention 30 days.
Please feel free to link to a Amazon UK page which mentions 1 years warranty/returns/guarantee for such items.

5 Sep 17#146
I have spoken with them on chat and they have always confirmed a 1 year warranty although it could change. I returned a Sony Z2 which developed a fault after 6 months and Sony refused to honour the warranty as they said a 3rd party had previously repaired it which voided the warranty. Maybe the previous owner had tried that, I don't know. But Amazon paid for return postage and refunded in full.

I don't think it was legally necessary for Amazon to explicitly state whether their "satisfaction guarantee" extends 1 day beyond 6 months or all the way up to 12 months as they probably considered that in either circumstance it covers the minimum 6 month required by the law and they wanted to keep it at their discretion beyond that. However, it has been generally accepted that they are quite happy to offer refunds for anything up to 12 months and even slightly more depending on what sort of customer you have been. I'm sure if a specific customer has had a history of returning a lot of items after 6 months they would look at things differently.
There is no explicit mention of the 6 month period either as that is required by law and it is not necessary to include the Consumer Rights Act verbatim in their terms. Sometimes they would include "this does not affect your statutory rights" but they couldn't even if they wanted to anyway.
As far as I know the same "vagueness" exists for the satisfaction guarantee period on their website for both new and used sales, but somehow it is only deemed worrisome when the item is sold as "Used - Like New" along with the description "Packaging will be damaged". I wonder why?
What they're providing is beyond what the law requires. 30 day non-quibble return policy and their satisfaction guarantee which is usually at least 12 months and definitely better than that required by the law as that states the burden to prove the item had an inherent fault lies with the consumer after 6 months.
An example is if you bought the latest premium OLED tv and it developed a fault 2 years down the line. Even if the manufacturer didn't provide a manufacturer's warranty (this is something not required by law as your contract is with the retailer) you would still be covered as the law states it must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. It is only reasonable to expect a premium TV to last more than 2 years. If necessary you could get the tv independently checked out and if it was an inherent fault then the retailer needs to sort it out. This is when all the "does not affect your statutory rights" comes into play.
i7 6800k gone up, comes to around £217 if anyone is interested.

I'm actually becoming more and more convinced that Amazon use their customers as a returns test panel...stands to reason really that with the number of returns they must get even in a day they won't have time or the employees to test every item...so if someone returns something saying it's faulty if they send it out to someone else and they say the same thing it confirms it without them having to pay their own staff to do it and the cost of them sending it is probably less than it would cost to pay staff to test items....
Admittedly in this case it should have been quite obvious at a glance that it was in no condition to be sent out...unless of course it's got broken in transit.....

I think (tentatively speaking, and, no doubt, jinxing myself) that Amazon Warehouse has been getting better, for me, anyway. Most things have been great, or even better than expected lately - haven't had a real disaster for a while.
Though I say that after I received UK 10 Steel Toe Cap Boots that had UK 9 on the box, this morning.....!

Looking at the packaging, the box has a huge rip down the side, kinda where a panel might be, that has been heavily taped over. And no obvious fresh damage. So I assume it was broken before transit to me. It's not a huge surprise given recent showings by Warehouse. Including receiving sport laces missing essential parts, returning it telling them this, ordering again and receiving the exact same item again, missing parts and all. And once I ordered an i5 and got an empty box.. I'm normally a huge Amazon fanboy (FireTV, 2 echos, Prime, 227 orders so far for 2017) but Warehouse is pushing my patience..

I think that's for returning new items as they lose money on those as they have to sell them via the outlet. I doubt they worry too much about warehouse returns as clearly they have major quality control issues.

I've been on the look out for a decent Electric Radiator for the occasional really cold winter night. Got a "Dimplex Cadiz Eco 3 KW Electric Oil Free Radiator with Electronic Climate Control" today. The box and product do not appear damaged (despite Amazon warning the later might be) so not sure why it is in Warehouse Deals. Possibly a return. Looks as good as new to me. Retails at £157.47. Mine for £72.74
Xbox should arrive in a few days. Mine for £119.86. Cheapest Xbox Bundle on Argos is currently £179.99 so still a £60 saving.

2. Oculus don't allow transfer of warranty, if it has been registered to someone elses account then it's gone and you just have whatever Amazon offer on used items.
3. Again if it is registered to someone elses account, then you also don't get the games bundle either.

Yes. Eligible items sold by Amazon Warehouse Deals qualify for Prime or FREE Shipping. No. Used products generally do not come with a manufacturer's warranty but all of our items are backed by Amazon's return policy.

Checked the warranty with Samsung and they cofirmed the full 2 years. So it's not as clear cut.
I even used the warranty for a motherboard replacement so all was good.
I think the price has to be over £50 to get the 20%
So treat it the same way as when supermarkets label everything as "may include peanuts".
Just be brave and register it immediately at the manufacturers upon receipt to check that there is still warranty.

Also I've returned things from Amazon Warehouse within a year due to it becoming faulty and had absolutely no issues.
Another option is for folks to just ask Amazon themselves instead of speculating and spreading wrong information.
1) satisfactory quality
2) fit for purpose, and
3) as described.
Mixed reviews, though!

I returned a Sony Z2 which developed a fault after 6 months and Sony refused to honour the warranty as they said a 3rd party had previously repaired it which voided the warranty. Maybe the previous owner had tried that, I don't know.
But Amazon paid for return postage and refunded in full.
It's 33p, down from £15 new, but Amazon won't let me buy it lol

PMSL....don't mean it in any kind of offensive way but the idea of someone deciding it was in good condition really amused me....dread to think what they would have regarded as a grade below at acceptable
I guess the real question though is does it work...curiosity would have definitely have got the better of me and I'd have plugged it in and switched it on to see what happened....on second thoughts I'd have got someone I didn't like to switch it on just to be on the safe side...me not them...lol...

damn missed it :disappointed:

Though I say that after I received UK 10 Steel Toe Cap Boots that had UK 9 on the box, this morning.....!
