Anyone know if you can get the credit more than once? Looks a good sample box and I'd be interested in having a second one if it includes the credit. Hmm actually says one per customer in the T&Cs, though you might still be able to argue one with CS since it actually has £9.99 credit in the item title, which technically suggests it would apply to every order, not sure if I want to risk it though.
In any event a great deal, Amazon have had some really stonking deals on pet supplies lately such as the 20% off first S&S order, then the 25% off a pet supplies S&S order as I posted here: hotukdeals.com/dea…205 Good stuff! :thumbsup:

I did that with he supplement box, didn't get the credit for the second one, contacted customer service and was just linked to the terms and conditions, they shouldnt allow any account to order more than one of them

So it would appear that £9,99 credit can only be redeemed against the products contained in sample box

No, I would say the offer is valid with products purchased on that page ie the sample pack, which gives you the credit. A bit confusing ! I have a pack turning up tomorrow so we'll soon find out :smile:

Some weird theories about whether or not you will actually get the credit and that it can only be used on the items in the box. We got the credit today, one day after despatch as per the T&C's. It can be used against any item sold by Amazon in the Pet Supplies section, also as per the T&C's (I've just used it). It's not just redeemable against the stuff in the box - no idea where someone got that from.

Mine arrived yesterday, I was very happy with what was inside, even if I don't get the £9.99 credit! One of my dogs is now completely obsessed with the duck jerky and another with the squeaky rustle-y pig toy, although the squeak and the rustle *may* get lost soon...

I was gonna go for the Purina BETA https//ww…0/ which was £11.80, it's went up a few £ overnight, darn. Still waiting on my promotional credit - my sample pack was dispatched around 9pm.
Mine has just been delivered. I’m quite impressed. The products look to be good quality. How long after delivery does it take for the credit to arrive? Also, would it be possible for my wife to buy another one using her amazon account? Or is it one per household?

Mine was dispatched at 8.20pm last night - still waiting! The T&Cs actually say "Once your Qualifying Item has been shipped, we will automatically credit your Amazon.co.uk account with a £9.99 promotional credit within one day of shipping your order."
Slightly miffed as I missed the cheaper price of the Purina BETA, mentioned a few posts back.
The T&Cs say "The Offer is limited to one per customer." so it may well be one per Prime account? Probably best checking via Live Chat.
