No maintenance.
It won't withstand too many football's kicked against it as other more expensive ones. So maybe placement of this could be important if you want it to last longer.
I've used 2 packs for the entire back fence for £25 so not bad.

In my experience it doesn't last terribly long. It looks good at first but after a while it becomes very, very brittle then is easily broken up with even a small amount of movement. I had the Wickes stuff and it lasted maybe 3 years tops. But as a quick solution to tidy an area it's ok... I wouldn't buy again though.

Squirrels and cats destroy this stuff, sadly. I'd go for Bamboo screening if you want something more robust. All of this type of screening is a quick fix, non maintainable cosmetic cover. Main weak point is the method of manufacture with thin binding wire.
