Still haven't been paid my cashback and it has been well over the 5 business working days.
I can't seem to find a contact e-mail/telephone number on the Visa Offers website.
Can anyone advise how they contacted them?

Did you receive an email say it had been tracked? Also did you go to an official Esso garage?

Yes - went to an official Esso station.
Never received a confirmation email.

Didn't get my cashback from filling up at a Tesco Esso. When I looked at the Esso map locator it didn't have the Tesco Esso listed.
Something to bear in mind.

I didn't either but after I contacted VISA, they manually approved it and paid out

Hi everyone I went direct to a Esso station. With no other brand name attached.
I received my email within 24 hours confirming my cashback had been tracked

do we have a list of ESSO locations. Its states ESSO branded service stations. Does this include esso branded service stations with a tesco shop on site?

When I emailed VISA they said it does include all Esso petrol stations including the ones with Tesco Express attached to it but that said, I only received my cashback for those without Tesco attached to it. I will be claiming the £5 back manually as I have it in writing and on a phone call that it would be included.

I've registered both my First Direct Visa credit AND debit cards, hopefully for double bubble on the offers.
I notice the offers aren't the same as on the sister Nationwide Visa site; shame, as it means two sites to check.

One of the drawbacks of having a car with a small fuel tank. It costs me less than £30 to fill the tank.

My bad, apparently you have to sign up with each one seperately.
I thought I would only have to register with one as they are both under hsbc plc.

I just signed up for the HSBC/visa offer and when I log in, I get a message stating, "Sorry, no offers available right now. Please come back soon!"

So the link goes to a third party site. If you search the First Direct or HSBC website for visa offers, rewards or even just offers there is no result.

That's because it's a VISA offer, and it's new, it's legit.

Hey Rich, it's legit. I posted another one of these on the forum. About £10 off at Lidl. Same scenario. People were worried!
If it's anything, Nationwide have been doing this for years!!

Never knew this existed. Heat. Do you need to register for the offer or is it automatic once you've signed in?

You need to be signed up to Visa Rewards. If you haven't sign up now! it's free :relaxed:
HSBC Rewards:hsbcuk.visaoffers.eu
FD Rewards:firstdirect.visaoffers.eu/
For those wondering, I found about this via MoneySavingExpert website.
