I had to chase them for mine, but they credited my account eventually. If I were a cynic, I'd say they just don't apply it and hope people forget or don't notice...

If you don't mind doing cashback , mobilephone direct do this for £10 a month after cashback :smile:
Pretty easy to do imo and always get the payments fast via Bacs

Just left three. Told the foreign guy I just want my puk code. Over 15mins still wouldn't give it then passed me over. So hard to leave. Done now

Didn't want any as compared to Vodafone and at work could not get 4g. So loads of data at a slower rate no thanks.

I'd be careful with them.. I was a three customer for a long time before they forced me off this contract (one plan). I also experienced poor internet connectivity and download speeds towards the end of my contract. In then end I refused what they offered and went with EE.. though a little expensive, the speeds are much better :neutral_face:

If you have a Three PAYG SIM, does not matter if it has been used, you can get it for £16 a month by going to their existing customer page. Doubt if TopCashback or Quidco work when you do though.
