I get sent a code every month only for 50 should be 100 based on package but it took them long enough to sort out when snappish changed their website design. Postage has crept up over the years (sure it started off free postage too) it was £1.99 up to 50 now £2.99 for 50.

I actually tried this last night & had the same issue :angry: The email seems to make reference to December 2016 but it doesn't say this on any of the webpages.

I posted this a couple of months ago. I hadn’t signed up when posting but since then I have and the code didn’t work. Contacted snapfish via their online support and they credited the amount to my account making the 100 photos free. Postage was £3.99 as I ordered the full 100. Maybe less if less photos ordered.

I’ve been sent 5 different codes over the last few months, only the first one worked. Snapfish customer service was useless as were virgin :unamused:

Yeah when I spoke to snapfish support they didn't help either - think this should be expired unfortunately as there's a few of us having problems.

hi, i had issue with it at the beginning... do not use snapfish website but there is a link from virgin media (there should be virgin media and snapfish logo on the top). ordered my first 100 on 30/09, today ive got email with remainder "Don't forget to use your free print allowance this month" from snapfish and manage to order another 100 without any code (there should be in CREDITS information about free 6x4 prints) so you need only one code to set up your account. snapfish customer service via chat was very helpful :smile: link for virgin/snapfish: virginmedia.snapfish.co.uk hope it help

Even though I got a "account number already used" message I actually got a new code by email (otherwise change the account number slightly as it's not validated).
