Xiaomi have just launched a new global phone in India it is the Mi A1 (Android one) it is a partnership with xiaomi making the phone and google the firmware it comes with pure android no miui it will be updated to oreo by the end of the year and will be one of the first phones to receive android P. It is 5.5" 1080p screen with gorilla glass, Snapdragon 625, 4GB ram, 64GB storage, Dual 12Mpx camera with 2x optical zoom, full metal body. It packs a punch in the specs. But it sounds like you've got no safety net if anything goes wrong. Impressed that they can pack these specs in. Just shows how much the big players drip feed us.

303.94 for chineese phone? 1920*1080 pixel? No thanks? After 6 months everytho g starts to go wrong with these things and process for a refund or replace is terrible. Better buy an overpriced iphone or samsung

Purchased a mini pc from these guys, lasted several months then died. I initially saved a few quid but ended up with a square of useless scrap, you guys must be bonkers to spend £300 on a Chinese phone from these people, I can see what the draw is but not worth it considering risk facter when the thing has problems.

You right here..but if you have problems with things purchased from China, the process is more difficult..to replace , fix or get a refund

I Bought an Xiaomi phone last year, battery packed up after 9 Months, trying to get it sorted was a long and lengthy process. IT TOOK 4 MONTHS OF ENDLESS E-MAILS TO GET A REFUND, HAD TO THREATEN LEGAL ACTION TO GET MY MONEY BACK

I did threaten Legal action but I don`t believe that was a real factor in resolving the matter, I also made clear that I would get as much publicity as possible. As you have just stated in your comment Legal Action against a company in China is pretty hopeless , you have no Legal Rights against a China based supplier other than through Paypal or Credit card. What really annoyed me was that the seller was quite clear that as far as they were concerned it wasn't their problem , getting the refund was very lucky, buyers should be aware of the potential problems if they buy an item in this way.
