I've had two deliveries of these boxes.
My cat is quite fussy and only eats Felix "as good as it looks" range. He LOVES this stuff; I'm ordering some more.
They're £1 more expensive now but still a very good deal compared to other brands, esepcially with the free delivery.

Aww drattage - I'm slow.. just noticed this. It's not available to buy online anymore. Says £6.89 (has the price changed?) but only in store. They have other variety, same brand, same number.. but it's £7.89 - this is in stock

Great post earlier about protein instead of carbohydrates. I'll be looking into that. I live for the deal but is this really much of a deal when a box of 12 is £1.75. This deal saves 21p!!! Am I missing something

Very true. However, buy 5 boxes and save over £1!

Cats are Obligate Carnivores and Need Protein contents of at least 70% but ideally 90%. They cannot digest carbohydrates like grain which the majority of brands add abundantly, to maximise their profits at the cost of the cat's health.
I would suggest people feed their cats the highest protein content cat food they can afford.
It is cheaper to buy pet food including cat food online.
I buy from Applaws Dry Cat Food from Amazon as their 7.5kg bags retail around £30 ish when the RRP is £55 ish, so nearly half price & cheaper to buy in bulk.
ZOOPLUS is another excellent website & stock the largest array of pet food brands anywhere. European Cat Food has higher meat contents than most British brands but cheaper! Their own brand Cosma & Zoolove Cat Food is virtually the same as Applaws Wet Cat Food tins but much much cheaper.
Note I don't work for either Amazon, Applaws or Zooplus & just sharing where I buy my bargain high quality cat food from online websites

Thank you for the information. I will look into the latter store mentioned.

BITIBA is another one to try...cheaper than Zooplus on quite a lot of things:
Some people must actually eat it themselves Because they spew enough :poop:

You feed your pet food that's only 4% meat, and I talk rubbish
VCB-160 to notahappybunny15
3 Aug 17#6
No this is how the cat food is labelled 41% meat and derivatives including 4% duck or rabbit or whatever flavour. By Law all cat food must have at least 4% of the actual meat it is meant to be otherwise it cannot be called Duck or Rabbit ETC. petforums.co.uk/thr…48/ so to say this is only 4% meat is rubbish and Yes You talk Rubbish.

It's terrible quality!

3 Aug 17#8
When compared to what? A quick google shows that most branded cat foods appear to abide by this 4% meat labelling/content.
So if its as good as the major brands then are you questioning those as well?
notahappybunny15 to welshblob

I am indeed, I personally wouldn't feed my pets any of those brands.

OK so now we are gauging the value of your input into this discussion for people to make their own judgement. To help with this, what do/would you feed your cats?

Lily's kitchen, my cats seem to do very well on it.

heat added and good price, however my snob of a cat turns his nose up at this stuff. I blame the mother in law for feeding him roast chicken and tuna when he was younger!! :smiley_cat:
