i ordered a size 10.5 and 11 thinking they were children's sizes because i couldn't believe that they could be women's sizes that big! i have just rang converse and they are adults so i have had to cancel my order, the circus is down the road from me should have kept them really and sold them to the clowns!

Ordered in the last sale. Make sure your in the right section. I ordered size 12 and 13 metallic trainers. Thinking they were kids sizes. Omg clown shoes arrived. Never realised woman had feet that size. Happened to lots of people as well.

Oh no! ordered 2 metallic magenta trainers in a 10.5 and 11 they were in the women's section but didn't think they would be adults in that size! was it free returns to send them back and how long did you have to wait for a refund? just emailed them to try and cancel my order hoping they see it before they dispatch thanks for the heads up!
