you sure they are the 900ml ones, my local poundshops have the 500ml (or around that size) ones in for £2 This size was always on offer for £2.50 until recently, but this is the cheapest I've seen them for a couple of months now.

yup definately 900ml ones, we got the shampoo but i dont remember seeing the conditioner thats the only caveat

Maybe you should ask why the expensive ones are so expensive.
Huge advertising budgets and handouts to "celebrities" to promote the product. Inflate the price to bring in the price snobs who think if it's expensive, it must be better.
