Looks like Amazon have price matched Currys / PC World on these. Was going to order from Currys but prefer to order via Amazon since have a prime account.
Good price for a decent pair of homeplugs and I was looking for either TP-Link or Netgear so this will do nicely!

This Gigabit powerline kit from mymemory for £21.99 delivered seems better value. Good reviews too.
I was aware you can get cheaper brands for that price, had some from a brand called Solwise once. They were decent enough but only lasted a few months. Problem for me is I have these on 24/7 pretty much till they die, perhaps not the best way :joy:

I've got these, and lasted just over a year, I'm forever replacing these dam things as mine are on 24/7 too. Hence I won't pay anymore

price on this equipment is getting cheaper as it cant do Wi Fi
spend a bit more and get WiFi enabled, far more flexible

These are just for a wired connection from the router to a wired connection to whatever the end device is (PC / Console / TV Box etc.) What it sounds like you need is a wireless extender  .

Do these boost the WiFi using the ring mains earth wiring to a WiFi module or just provide a wired connection somewhere else in the house?
