You can't "download" RAM, You can only free it up for more memory. This app says it can help with that. You can take the chance and try it.

Not a criticism - really - but why not suggest to your chums at Sammy that phones without a myriad of bloatware would sell like hot cakes. Just put LineageOS (Nougat) on my old S3 and all of a sudden it's a pleasure to use - and i didn't have to disable ANY pre-installed apps!

Some of the features look a little odd, such as network/WiFi signal refresh.
But whilst it is free, easy enough to give it a try before dissing it completely.
Update: I gave it a whirl.
Network/WiFi refresh options so nothing that is useful
Cleaning, battery saving and task killing options are available in a multitude of other free and more established apps.

Battery savers funnily enough end up heavily using your battery. Modern android has good battery optimisation anyway, you don't need task killers.
For a cleaner just use Ccleaner. Got it for PC and mobile to clean cache whenever I need to.
