First time at this price I believe for this version for Xbox Live Gold members....
Description
The best way to jump into one of the most surprising shooters of 2016 is with the Titanfall™ 2 Ultimate Edition. Not only do you get access to all of the content included in the Digital Deluxe edition, this bundle also includes a Jump Start Pack which instantly unlocks all Titan and Pilot classes and arms you with the funds, Double XP tokens AND a custom warpaint skin for the R-201 Carbine all to get you up to speed on the Frontier. Ultimate Edition includes Titanfall™ 2 base game, Deluxe Edition content (Scorch & Ion Prime Titans, Deluxe Edition Warpaint for 6 Titans, Deluxe Edition Camo for all Titans, Pilots & Weapons, Deluxe Edition Nose Arts for 6 Titans, Deluxe Edition Callsign), and Jump-Starter content (All Titans unlocked, all Pilot tacticals unlocked, 500 tokens to unlock loadouts, cosmetics and gear, 10 2x XP tokens, the Underground R-201 Carbine Warpaint).

Is this worth it over Ea access one

EA Access has the standard version, the same with Battlefield 1 and Battlefront... Hope that helps you decide

That's what I'm wondering as well, reading through the unlocks it doesn't look that useful to me as I only play Frontier Defence and it doesn't appear to help with Aegis rank.

Good price, but personally I dont want everything unlocked for me straight away. Call me old school but I like to earn my rewards rather than paying for them.
EDIT: I still love this game though and it is a shame more people havent played it. Hopefully this price helps.

On the contrary a lot of "old-school" gamer's I speak to lament progression based unlocks and just want everything unlocked from the start in the interest of fairness.

Fair enough. I have actually been moving away from unlock based games recently to stuff like lawbreakers and overwatch where everyone has the same loadout and i see your point. But if I am playing Titanfall/Cod/Battlefield etc... I see the progression as part of the game and I want to unlock these things. Not pay some nominal amount to have the game do it for me.

Yer personally I enjoy the unlocking as well, doing the challenges for bonus exp and stuff.

Please people buy this game. Brilliant single player campaign and multiplayer just got better with an awesome 'horde' mode

Fair comment, as you may know EA screwed up with TF 2 on release where next to BF 1, so not surprised they done this to their consumer base.

It will be, it was only released on the 1st August, coincidentally the day after Titanfall 2 entered the EA Access vault. £34.99 was just a silly price for what it is, I suppose £17.50 is a bit more manageable but still seems a tad steep.
You can ignore me though, I'm just sour for purchasing a game that was never going to take advantage of the EA Access benefits
