fill in the online form and upload a copy of bill to it.

Confirmation from them in 2 hours and paid in 11 days.

I'm not a fan of these kind of deals, why not just give the promo up front, keep it simple and keep your customers. All that jumping through hoops is rubbish..

Even without the cashback £20 a month for 30gb of data is cheaper than BT infinitys £24.99 price for 25gb of data. And where I am I get 80mbps on 4g so twice the speed, how does that work?!

posted this as a comment on a different thread yesterday but if you dont need that much data you can opt for 8gb version for £7/month after cashback (£14 before cb)

Don't bother these clowns are terrible.My friend tried to leave and the lies they tell you just to put you off are a joke.45mins to get a pac code only to be passed from one department to another.And the other tactic is to say they'll send it and you hang up and they don't sent the pac.In all don't waste your time and utterly vile outfit.

I've had a few of these cash back deals and never missed a payment. Usually put it on my calendar and claim every time. I'm currently coming to the end of a Vodafone one via e2save so will be switching to this one from 3. Heat added!

the feel at home or roam like at home as its know now only includes 2 mth of use abroad out of the full 12 contract, they turn roaming off if you use over 2 mth in total abroad.

tcb is only offered on phone contracts. this cashback is directly from mobilephonesdirect

i am on this plan last November and it was 24 a month, now i. found it gone to. 20, 18 if on 3, so waiting patiencly for oct to get it for 18

i am about to finish my Three contract this month and I saw Three Advanced SIM 30GB 18/month deal. If I go through TCB £65 cash back and book a new deal online. Will I still get a cashback and the new deal will add to my existing number???

New contract, new telephone number. You could port your current number elsewhere then port it again to a new contract. Timing is important to minimise concurrent contract costs, just consider the notice period for the existing contract PAC.

Interestingly, the 3 KFI quoted "maximum 50Mbps" on 26 June 2017, then that statement was removed a few days later. At time of this post, both versions of KFI are available to view / download, where the version ending "_1" is the latest and the one currently quoted by 3. Both versions also no longer include both the P2P and 3pm-midnight traffic restrictions

You mentioned £65 cashback via Topcashback. At time of this post there is no current TCB opportunity displayed for existing customers at topcashback.co.uk/3-m…le/ but there is a £65 cashback opportunity for new 12m 600min/AYCEtxt/30GB contracts.

I'm at the end of a 12 month Three 30GB Sim only deal. I have found the network to be excellent, but I'm really not impressed by retentions - flatly refusing to honour deals which are being given out to new customers.

I know I could port away for 1 day then port back but it seems like rather a lot of faff, and I'd prefer to be on a 1 month contract for the time being.

However, it would take 100-years to use 30GB of data when roaming in Europe; Three is incredibly 'throttled', sometimes to the point of being almost unuseable!!

Three retentions are rubbish now! Just tried to negotiate a new 12-month contract, as offered to me in my online account section; 8GB, unlimited Advanced plan for £12… what I’m paying now for 4GB. Wasn't having any of it, it's for an additional sim apparently. So I said in that case I was going to take out the additional sim, pac my current number across to the new sim and then cancel my old contract – which I'm out of anyway. He didn't like that – changed the subject and started to tell me about 'Go Binge' etc. When I got him back on track he told me that it would be a lot of messing around and that in the last 12 months I'd only used xxGB/xxMins/xxTxts. Not sure what to do now?

Has anyone got any recent experience, tips or tricks they want to share with me when dealing with Three? I'll try again tomorrow and this time maybe ask for my pac :thinking:

FAH data roaming for pay-monthly is limited to 12GB per cycle anyway; 9GB for PAYG.

But u can't use ur data allowance as hotspot if u bought from mobilephonedirect.
But if u will buy from three they will give u 30gb internet as hotspot.
Bcoz I already bought 30gb deal from mobilephonedirect and I can't use My internet as hotspot.
So make sure what kind of deal u want.

I really want this for £12 but two things; 1, can I PAC my number over as an existing Three customer and 2, what happens after the 12month contract is up? Does it revert back to full price automatically?

You would need to PAC your number to another network and then back again. Done this myself for same reason you are doing

Don't call them. Speak to them on live chat. You need to say you are disappointed and need to be transferred to the complaints department, as they seem to be the only department that can amend contracts with special exceptions...

It seems that the "Essential plans" are the ones with tethering not allowed.

Just say you are disappointed, and you are not happy with the custom service you are receiving as they can't match third party promotions. Being disappointed is the key...

I used an m4 aqua the hotspot counter didnt go down it was effective one plan anyway
Ive given up with three now. If someone can work out a cheap way to step up to 15 GBP for unlimited
data with a 30gb hotspot then i 'might' give it a whirl but i am sick of them now I dont think they want customers
anymore.

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question. What happens if I go for the 30gb sim and use more than 30gb in the month? Is it possible to go over 30gb? Thanks in advance. I would worry about additional charges.

You can get this with auto cashback on the same site for those that don't want the hassle of claiming the cashback, works out at £15/month after the cashback which is paid after 3 months apparently.

Nope, nothing. Hit a wall fairly quickly actually... after a brief exchange of pleasantries, "We don't have access to the upgrade offers on chat, however you can call our Upgrade experts and they'll help you with the best offers."

Pretty standard in my experience with Live Chat. They try and get you to call as soon as they can :angry:

I had this in my note 4 which is a micro SIM and now that my wife's number has ported over she has put it in her s7 today which is a nano SIM. The SIM card received is a trio style so can be broken into all 3 sizes.
