Super Mario Odyssey for £37 on Tesco with the discount, makes it cheaper than Amazon, especially since a Prime Membership is required for the £40 price.

There's a compulsory £7.95 delivery charge though as you can't collect from store. Which sucks. This would've been a good deal otherwise

delivery charge doesn't appear for me?

might be a glitch, if you order with another item the charge is removed, might have to try later.

I can confirm there is a £7.95 charge, although that is absolutely absurd seeing as its just standard delivery!

it's a glitch for some people, the solutions that have been suggested on other deals are to buy another item with the game or get the delivery trial, if neither work, you might have to wait in hope of a fix

Is the voucher applicable to anything else? (Especially games/accessories)

yes, there is also two other voucher codes on the site (£10 off £75 and £20 off £150), one per account I believe

If the delivery charge keeps occuring, try using the one month free delivery trial.

Great find OP. Only thing that annoys me with Tesco regarding Pre-orders is that they don't charge on dispatch. :disappointed:

It depends on where you live as to whether or not you get charged delivery on Tesco Direct

Where on earth are Tesco coming up with £7.95 to deliver a Switch game?
On their own delivery pricing page tesco.com/dir…age they list Gaming as Free for both standard delivery and Click+Collect, the only mention of £7.95 is "Other Large Items". Well a Switch game box is hardly large is it? They're certainly significantly smaller than any disc based console game case.
For £7.95 to deliver such a small item I'd be expecting express delivery with a nominated time slot, not "standard delivery within 7 days" which is apparently what they're ofdfering.

Cancelled Amazon. Ordered here then Tesco cancelled my order!
No real reason given either:
We work hard to make sure we have no problems with our deliveries, but in this case,we got it wrong

I tried to order it but 7.95£ just too expansive. Your other idea is to subscribe to the delivery plan but the game will be released in 2 month so if you cancel your subscription before 1 month to get the delivery free they have time to cancel your mario game

If you preorder at £45 you're a moron.
Still 2 months for good deals to appear for it. This seems to happen with every game release on this site till you see a deal for about £38 pop up a week or 2 before release.

I ordered with fire emblem warriors and they refunded me the delivery charge when I called them up saying it was an error. Haven't received and email saying it's cancelled so fingers crossed! Got both for £35 as I had club card voucher so really hoping it doesn't get cancelled.

It's been removed from their site I noticed. I emailed them on the 24th and got this response on the 26th of August...
Dear xxxxxx,
Thank you for your email, I hope that you are having a nice Bank Holiday weekend.
I’m sorry that there was an unusual price for delivery on our Super Mario Odyssey pre-ordering listing. This was an error with our website and the listing has been taken down temporarily. It is likely to be up again with the correct free delivery option after the Bank Holiday on Monday.
I hope that you’ll still consider placing the pre-order with us. We do have a discount e-coupon code available that you can potentially apply to the order, TDX-HMFR, Save £5 when you spend £35 or more on selected Electricals and Gaming. Valid until the 3rd of September.
As always, I’ll be happy to help if you have any further questions. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
