Not sure if this actually makes a difference as I didn't try it, but it might be worth taking note of the order you enter the codes in. For example if your order totals £10 enter the 15% code first so that you get 15% off £10 rather than 15% off £5 having entered the £5 discount code first.

Has anyone had a confirmation email?

Placed 6 orders last night.. received emails to say 5 have been despatched already!

I placed 5 orders but only had the PayPal email so far.

Just checked spam email folder, I have had order confirmation for all my orders :grin:

no confirm email thou order shows as submitted so not worried.

Placed 2 orders around midnight but still not heard anything, either confirmed or cancelled. Have funds been taken out of your accounts?

What a mess. I bet they are well annoyed having to sift through all these. Would probably be cheaper to just send out the few orders that went through than spend loads on resource to fix it all

Had mine cancelled too, had 5 order numbers but only 1 order number cancellation email. Still hope for the other 4 maybe?
It's a bit annoying though as the refund takes several days.

No refunds yet , 1 cancellation email ( but made 10 orders) . 1 item dispatched , but this was a backpack that was still £25 total with the discounts. I think the rest will be cancelled and refunded eventually.
