Thanks for the suggestion but I do not use facebook. I actually have kind of a theory in all this... I have couple of emails I use only for registering on web sites etc - fake name and so on (but not obvious) so there is no real data to be collected from them and obviously I could not care less about marketing, spam and attempts to hassle me on my invalid phone number. So I see it like this - no data, no reward. Otherwise how this free gift card thing would even make sense? Anyways, ticket is still open and I sent another message, will see what happens.

Shopped twice (2 different shops, made sure that I click on "visit site" through VC both times), also made sure adblock is disabled and firefox allows popup windows, just in
case. With all that, I still didn't get a confirmation email, so after
couple of days, I decided to contact VC CS, as most others here... Got email stating that they are very busy and will try to reply in 3 working days. After couple of hours got pretty much the same email, only this time stating that they will reply in 7 working days. Today is 8th working day - still no email... :angry: :poop:

My first two Amazon vouchers tracked etc via VC app and VC website worked fine, now last three vouchers no tracking even though they where showing registered. No real reason why tracking stopped working now VC always wanting copies of my purchases confirmation emails!

I wouldn't agree on that going by the numbers who already have the Amazon voucher well ahead of the expected delivery date of October 10th or around that week they were specifying that is when these would be sent out originally. However saying that I'm awaiting my confirmation email for the order to have been seen by the system.

Message them again with proof of the order emails, did you use the button at the top of the page that would redirect you to the retailer? Mine didn't automatically send me confirmation, I'm awaiting a reply from them. Hopefully I get a better reply than you but someone did say they were requested to send a copy of one of the order emails.

It only shows registered, only via VC on your account at the time you click on the offer, it will not show anything else on your account or via VC app. VC should email confirmation between 24/48 hours. If not then email VC customer support, they may ask for purchase confirmation email from the retailer you purchased from, that's what they I had to do!

I actually had a tracking issue with the Wilko offer also, but that was resolved. They do need to rethink this though as multiple problems suggest the issues lie at their end. A shame, as what they do is good and I'm sure they would like things to run more smoothly. ........ one day maybe.

I think the tracking has been erratic at best and I had to send copies of purchases. Still waiting! They do need to put something in place (like cashback sites) where you can put in a claim against trackings / purchases. There must be history somewhere on each account.

This is a new offer that works differently to our existing rewards offer, so the voucher will not appear in the account area like it does for rewards.
The amazon voucher gets sent via email to you, so it will be sent to [email protected] early next week. We'll be able to see a status of when the voucher has been sent and redeemed so we can keep track of it for you.

Darn it! Wilko sell Amazon vouchers, but it's in store only, so can't buy them. The Post Office sell one4all vouchers, but you have to go to a non-Post Office site to buy them.
It's a shame as being able to spend £10-£20 on Amazon vouchers and then getting a further £10 back would have been sweet!

Firstly it will show it registered " once you have clicked on the voucher code link, then once you have made two separate purchases from the listed stores online only, you can use click n collect if store offers it to save on delivery costs! It should then show tracked after about one week, then you'll have to wait for it to become "complete" then you will be emailed a voucher code number to apply to Amazon account.

I actually have kind of a theory in all this... I have couple of emails I use only for registering on web sites etc - fake name and so on (but not obvious) so there is no real data to be collected from them and obviously I could not care less about marketing, spam and attempts to hassle me on my invalid phone number.

any chance you could proof (eg print screen) show that you had visited their page and use their link to shop? You may argue about that. Maybe message them on their social platform eg facebook (as someone else mention that got very fast response).
